+ 0 moreWhere Do I Begin My mother is 85 years old… Her 3 year old Kenmore Washing Machine wasn’t working so I called Jets and spoke with Josi… They sent out a Technician after about a week, his name was Tony… Tony figured out the problem and said he needed to order a part… He said it would take about 5 minutes to put the part in once he got it… He told me I would hear from Josi within a week… A week went by and I didn’t hear from Josi so I called… Josi said the part was in and the Technician would be at Moms house the next day (Friday) When the technician showed the next day he said the part wasn’t on his truck and he would have to come back on Monday… I heard from Josi on Sunday and she confirmed the appointment for Monday… Monday came and went but no technician ever showed up… I’ve left several messages, I’ve emailed but no response from Josi explaining why the no call no show… Jets is now completely ignoring my 85 year old mother… I feel Josi and Jets is taking advantage of an 85 year old woman’s kindness… That makes me extremely sad… They wasted 3 weeks and two full days of mine and moms time… I could have had a different company come fix it if Josi would have been HONEST up front… Moms been washing her clothes by hand and now it will be three weeks until a different company can make it out!!! DO NOT USE JETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE… If they will take advantage of an 85 year old woman that means they have no business ethic!

Description of Work: Jet was called to check out a refrigerator which had stopped working. Ryan showed up on time, found the problem and replaced the defective part quickly. Everything is running fine now. I will definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreShowed up early after calling to see if that would be Ok, was polite and courteous. Explained the problem, my options, and made a recommendation that I not attempt to repair it. One of the coils ran throught the drip pan on the refrigerator and had corroded. Explained it if had sucked up water, the system might not ever run again.
Description of Work: Provider examined my frig to see if it was repairable. It was not.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. He arrived on time, checked the dryer, inspected all moving parts, identified the main cause very quickly and had everything up and working within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend Jet Appliance .

+ -1 moreThe office person and the technician were both very pleasant and good to work with. We appreciated the promptness. Overall we are very satisifed and we will definately call them again if needed. The price seemed a little high, but I don't really have anything to compare the price to; everything seems to cost a lot these days.
Description of Work: A part attaching the water line on our refrigerator broke. The technician was able to come to the house the same day we called which was great. The part had to be ordered, and they came out to fix as soon as the part was received, which was the following week.

Description of Work: Our 12 year old Kenmore refrigerator was not cooling properly. I called Jet's in the morning and they said they could send someone out in the afternoon. They called back around noon with a time estimate, which was met. The repairman was polite, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Within minutes he had the problem diagnosed and gave me a verbal estimate. He investigated further, confirmed the diagnosis, went to his truck to check for part availability and came back with a firm estimate. I approved the repair and it was done quickly and very professionally. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company!

+ 0 moreThe company representative was quick to respond to my service request phone message. An appointment was made and the time for the appointment honored. The repairman was polite, quick to diagnose the problem, and the repair made to my satisfaction at what I consider a very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Front load clothes washer refused to start, almost like no power was available. This unit was only 2 years old. Contacted Jet on 10/8/12 leaving a phone message. They returned the call that afternoon and set up an appointment for service at a specific time period for the next Thursday. The repairman called on Thursday saying he was on the way, showed up at my door a short time later. He removed the top from the washer, diagnosed the problem as a bent pin on a connector at the end of a ribbon cable, repaired same and closed up the washer. The only charge was for the service call. The serviceman was very professional and completed the repair in short order, pointing out to me what the problem had been and the repair he initiated.

+ -1 moreExcellent experience. I will call them again if needed.I hate to wait for repairman to show up. Jet scheduled a day and time to perform the work. They showed up on time with the correct parts to do the job.
Description of Work: Repaired a Maytag washer. The electric motor quit working on our washer. Jet came over the day we scheduled an appointment. Told us that the motor quit working. They ordered the part needed and schedule a day to replace the motor. They came the time that was scheduled and installed the new motor. Washer works fine. We have run multiple loads since the washer was fixed.
