"What a project! The initial plan to expand our lake house and add a level turned into a total rebuild due to discovery of standing water and rot. This project landed during the COVID pandemic and met with some unavoidable delays. Throughout the project my husband and I met with Matt and Steve regularly (weekly). Matt was always organized providing a list of items we needed to discuss, decisions that needed to be made and timelines for next steps. Matt and Steve consistently offered many ideas for ways to achieve what was important to us (kitchen layout with view to lake, beverage area, ample work surface, closed laundry area etc.), finish options (siding, roofing), lighting options etc. Though the project took longer than planned (thank you COVID), the result is a beautiful, comfortable home.
