Dalton Environmental did a great job cleaning the duct work in our house. They were on time, efficient, & were expert at what they were doing. You can find duct cleaning that costs less, but this was done thoroughly & the price was fair for the quality of the service. Highly recommend!

Heard about Dalton Environmental on the Joe Gagnon Appliance Doctor radio show so we contacted the owner Kurt . They had the next Saturday morning available, so it was scheduled right away. Jim and Jimmy arrived right on time that morning and began work. They were careful to wear boot covers to protect our floors. They first conducted an analysis and provided us a quote. After we agreed to the quote they began the process. They even brought a space heater for our comfort while the work was being performed. They completed the work timely and explained the entire process. They also provided before and after pictures of our ducts. These guys are the real deal. After the work was completed, Jim and I sat down for a few minutes and completed the NADCA checklist for residential duct work. All of the points in the checklist were covered, which gave us a lot of comfort knowing that they are certified with NADCA and performed their work in an ethical manner by completing all recommended steps.

Our home was a HUD home that had experienced a fire so a lot of construction debris had been added to the ducts in this 66 year old home. The technicians were very thorough and completely cleaned the return and supply air ducts. This home's basement had also experienced mold and mildew remediation prior to duct cleaning so the technicians also sprayed an antimicrobial into the ducts to kill and residual contaminant and deodorize, as well. This company was set up for my duct cleaning by Proficient H & C and I would highly recommend Dalton Environmental.

They were on time and did a good job of cleaning the ducts. I had it done about 10 years ago and these people got alot of construction debris and drywall dust out of the ducts that the last company missed. They cleaned up afterwards and the bill was as estimated.

Overall we were extremely happy. They were very friendly and explained things clearly, and showed up on time. They forgot to put a couple of vents back, but otherwise cleaned up well. We had a very coincidental and unfortunate situation where both of our furnaces stopped working after the air duct cleaning, but this was no fault of Dalton's. The cleaning simply induced the problem that would have happened soon anyway. Despite this, they came out the first thing the next morning and did everything they could to help (I didn't find out until later the source of the actual problems). They never complained and worked very hard to resolve the problems. I highly recommend Dalton's based on our experience.

When they came in they found more ducts than we thought we had and they were very clear on what they were going to do. Everything was done very well and they knew what they were doing. There were no surprises on price at the end.

They were excellent. I got their name from my handy man. It had not been cleaned in 12 years. They came when they said they would. They were prompt. They got to work right away. They cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned up everything that came out of the vent.

They were referred to me by a neighbor.

After a horrible experience with another company who ended up not doing any work, these guys were fabulous! They came into a house that had been cleared of cats from a hoarder. Most of the work was done in the basement, where no cats lived, but one of the guys did have to go upstairs, where the house has only been partially cleaned. These guys were compassionate, respectful, kind, on time, and efficient. They didn't mind my dogs. They were nice to my aunt, who is 84. It took them a couple of hours, and they explained everything they were doing. They also had suggestions about caulking the ductwork, and showed me where to do it. I can't recommend this company enough! They were terrific.

company came promptly as scheduled, laid down tarps so as not to track dirt in, and quickly and effieciently set up their equipment, did a great job of cleaning the ducts, even ran a video camera through the ducts to make sure they were clean. my house smells and feels cleaner

It couldn't have gone any better! They came within a week of me calling, and called ahead to let me know they were leaving, and would be here soon. (I have dogs I had to kennel.) This house has had too many cats in it. Curt and Jim didn't bat an eye, and I was never embarrassed about the condition of the home. They just got right to work. They were very kind to me, my aunt, and my two dogs, and explained everything very well. Curt also explained what I need to do to keep the ductwork mouse-free. They were neat, hard-working, and cleaned up after the work was done. I was very pleased overall with the work they did, and would hire them again with no hesitation.

They were the only people who understood that in an 80-year-old house you will have multiple branches of duct work that go into each room. I called four different companies and all of them said that it can be cleaned from the main duct and the registers need not be removed. They were here for eight hours. They did a superb job.

They are not cheap but do an excellent job. He was here for about 4 hours. They were wonderful to work with the air ducts. They also did some extra add-on?s that I wanted. So price reflects this.

We had our ducts cleaned after we remodeled our home. They cleaned out 20 pounds of dust and debris.
