+ -1 moreThe staff at Carpet Depot was very responsive. I used their retail outlet to see samples and scheduled the quote. The price was competitive, and the installation was flawless. I will definitely use Carpet Depot again.

+ -1 moreI would rate The Carpet Depot average at best. Again, the carpet and installation was excellent, but the sales staff did a poor job, which in the end help exceeded my budget.
Description of Work: The company was very responsive in measuring. The quality and installation of the carpet was excellent. However, I would not use this company again, simply because of errors in measurements, which cost an additional $1000. They did discount because of the mistake, but that wasn't the only mistake. They, also, forgot to include disposal, which cost an additoinal $200.

+ -1 moreI bought carpet, padding and installation for my entire house that I just bought. It was kind of a last minute ordeal to decide to recarpet before we moved in. We went to Carpet Depot and told them we had very little time and were on a tight budget. They had several choices that fit our budget and were able to get us installed within 5 days. The installer is the owner of the store so he comes with lots of experience and professionalism. His son runs the inside and was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in a second. Good people.

+ -1 moreIt was great. They provided personal attention and their pricing was competitive. Everything was right in line with my expectations for the job. The gentleman who installed the carpet offered to come back to finish an area that he couldn't because I had not completed some work on my house. I would absolutely use them again.
