Darian spends the time with you to answer all questions during the sales presentation and is very professional and courteous. We had 3 other quotes done for roofing work but we choose Atlas principally for their skills at the gutter work. I didd'nt pull the trigger on the metal roof as it would have added 20K+ to the job (we have a very large roof). The was done very professionally and frankly I was veru impressed by the precision and attention to detail on the metal work. I did find some minor issues with the roofing (mainly some caulking work on the flashing) and some final clean-up but they were very responsive to take care of the issues I found. They also were very busy and it was sometimes difficult to coordinate meeting with them on-site (last minute schedule changes). I referred them to my parents and they had a metal roof and siding work done and they were happy with the results. If you want the cheapest work done done go here but if you want quality I dont think you will be disappointed. All in all it was a good experience.

so overall the experience was wonderfull from start to finish.

They do a really good job. I have used them a couple of different times. They are really expensive but it's good quality. They came exactly when they said that they were going to be here.

I have to qualify this response based on my impressions from a second phone conversation with this company; I did not have them do any work and canceled my appointment for a quote. As others had mentioned I did not use them largely due to the tone of their sales pitch, I made the appointment initially and everything seemed great but then had to return a call the next day as verification that I was going to be available for the the scheduled quote (fair enough). My issue was with the (Salesperson, Owner etc?) that I was forwarded to, he wanted to know my Wife's name, I told him it wasn't relative to our discussion, he said he would prefer all parties in the home be present at the time of the quote, again not relative, and then later mentioned how a gutter installation was a "major investment" ??? My home is fairly large and I already had a quote that I would not consider being even remotely "major" in it's cost relative to my home. This pretty much scared me off and so I decided to cancel the visit. My major interest was in the brand of the gutter mounting system they used but to me this would not equate to a considerably greater cost to the installation so rather than waste their time and mine I canceled the vist.

Part 1 - Roofing Replacement - Sales rep did an outstanding job of locating new tiles that matched the existing tiles on the addition. The actions and solutions he provided us let us know that he listened to us very carefully. - Roofing crew was great! They showed up on time, worked diligently, were very responsive to our questions and cleaned up completely. It is very clear to us that the members of this crew were very experienced. They were all very customer oriented and showed pride in their work. - Old roofing tiles removed and new tiles installed. Attention paid to the details of how the new tiles were cut so as to blend in with the older tiles of the addition. We are extremely please that one can hardly tell the color difference between the old and new tiles. - Damage to screens on front porch were repaired next day without any hassle. Part 2 - Gutter Replacement - The gutter installation crew was a different team. Again, this crew was great! They showed up on time, worked diligently, were very responsive to our questions and cleaned up completely. It is very clear to us that the members of this crew were very experienced. They were all very customer oriented and showed pride in their work. - We are very grateful that we chose to have the the larger gutters and downspouts installed. Water problems previously experienced have been eliminated. Overall Our neighbor chose Atlas to do a whole-house gutter replacement. She was very pleased. We did not get competing bids. We chose Atlas because we sensed we could trust them. This proved to be true. The services Atlas provided met all of our expectations. We had a great experience with Atlas staff. We are very pleased with the results and recommend them without any hesitation or concern.

I would like to say that they came out and gave us a reasonable estimate, did the work etc.. However I never got past the folks on the phone who insisted that my wife be present for the gutter evaluation. We have busy schedules and it's hard to get us both there during business hours. I own the home so I don't see what the hold up was. I need new gutters and I don't need my wife there to look at white gutters. Obviously they were going to upsell us. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere to a company that believes I can look at gutters all by myself without the wife's help!

We were very impressed with Atlas as a company. They were very quick to respond to us after we submitted an inquiry through their website. I think we had a call back from them within just a few minutes and an appointment for the next day. The rep came out and was friendly and showed us all the styles/colors available. He also understood our urgency since the fiberglass had cracked and started a small leak and we have not been able to use this shower for a few months. Basically we fell in love with one of the colors which we thought matched well so we decided to make a purchase. Of course you never know if the company will actually live up to the salesman who always says good things, but in this case it was true. Installers were great and did a terrific job. They ran into a couple of really tricky items that were unexpected but were able to overcome them to our satisfaction. It ended up taking a full 2 days to have the shower done, but we were ok with that because we could tell they were taking their time to make sure we would be happy. Several times they stopped what they were doing and asked me to come in and determine where the shelves or grab bars should be located - that was important to me that they cared about the details. They kept saying they wanted this to be "customized" just for our family and that is exactly why we were willing to pay a little more for quality. Wow, the granite stone color we picked turned out great and the oil rubbed bronze fixtures really "pop"! Finally, we received a follow-up call from their office a couple days after the installation to make sure everything was working properly. We really liked that they took the time to make sure we were happy and didn't just run off with the money (which has happened to us before)! The only negative that I can think to mention is that they were more expensive than another quote we had received but we felt in the end it was worth spending a little more money to reduce the risk of problems later. All around good experience and we are considering them for more work in the spring as they do other stuff we need done.

They installed the gutter helmets a year ago and had them do the removal and reinstallation to keep the warranty valid. The quality of work seems pretty good and the product that they installed seems to be first-class. It is probably more expensive than other products on the market but it seemed like a decent product to me. I would certainly let them bid on my next job.

They were on time the installers were very clean and organized, also they keep me informed along the way. We had great experience and would highly recomend them to anyone.

It went very well. They are a family run business and they do the work they said they will do and have done it well.

We wanted to replace the old bath tub in the kid's bathroom with a shower. We spoke with them the first time a the Ann Arbor Home, Garden and Lifestyle show and we liked their product. We made an appointment for the following week. The salesperson who came to our house was very pushy, but we liked the idea of having the job done quickly, we liked the product, and we trusted the A+ rating by the BBB, so we signed the contract. They came on the agreed date, but one hour late, and were not done until past 9 pm. The installers were rather coarse, and by the end of the day we could not wait to see them gone. They did not do a very good job. Within two weeks the caulking around the enclosure was cracked, we noticed missing caulking around the shower head, and the shower door fell off its support and on my child. To their credit, they were responsive and found a fix to the problems, but I am left with the impression that the product they sold us is of low quality and not very safe. We will be changing the shower doors soon, and we will certainly not hire them again.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. They said husband and wife needed to be present. I told them if they wanted to do business with us, they would have to just work with me. The same conversation took place when they called to confirm appointment the day before the scheduled visit. They pushed very hard to have both of us present for the sales presentation, because we would both need to hear about "all the options." Then they called to postpone visit to another day. At that time I realized they wanted to give me a sales pitch, not just an estimate. I checked out Angies List, found other companies, and cancelled appointment.

They were friendly. The salesman was very nice. The service men were very nice and friendly as well. It was everything I expected. They met all my expectations.

Although I do not remember the price exactly, I did feel that it was reasonable. The men that came out were very respectful and prompt and the job they did was great. I would recommend that others use them and will use them again.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND WERE PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THE SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LET THE PRODUCT SELL ITSELF. THE GENTLEMAN THAT INSTALLED THE GUTTERS WERE VERY THOROUGH AND WORKED QUICKLY. WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE HELMET SYSTEM BEING INSTALLED SOON.
