My husband and I meet with Tim the sales manager we were very impressed with his presentation every one of our questions were answered. Our meeting with Tim was on 8/3/16 our walk in tub was put in on 8/22/16. The workers were on time they treated our home like their own home. They put runners down so our carpet did not get dirty, when they finished the job my bathroom was as clean as it was before they arrived. This is a family owned business and they made us feel like family. Any home improvements will now be done by Atlas home Improvement.

We had them install gutters and their design of leaf gutter guards onto our home. The guards work much better than any leaf guard I have ever had. Their installation crew was professional, did no damage to our landscaping or house. The day after the gutters/guards were installed, Atlas sent out an inspector to review the workmanship. Then a few weeks later they contacted us to see if we had anything more related to the guards that needed to be done. They were able to work in conjunction with the roofer that was installing shingles that the same time. To insure that the rain water attaches to the guards' "nose". You do need to wash the "nose" of the guards with a spray nozzle (that they provided free) twice a year. A small chore but much less than digging leaves out of my prior gutters/guards. Beyond that the only other item is, in a heavy rain, I can hear the rain hitting the guard. I kind of like this since it puts me back to sleep, but you may not.

The sales rep was on time explained the products well and was not long winded. It took about 1 hour, which was nice. The next day they called to?set up a date for the installer to come out to measure and survey the job. The next day they called and said the installers would be out in 3 weeks and they would call the night before. They came out on the day they promise and did a excellent job removing the old tub and walls. Installed new pumping and drain pipes ( free of charge). They did a flawless job installing the new shower kit and worked fast and clean from start to finish. What I like was they called?the after the install and called back 6 months after just to make sure we had no problems and they send us Xmas cookies just to say thank you for been a customer and happy holidays ?

We had our ugly bathroom remodeled in our newly purchased home with Atlas Home Improvement and we are so happy we did! We can't say enough positive things on this company. The two installers were the most wonderful guys and did an amazing job from installation to cleanup everything was done right. They both were helpful, efficient and friendly. Everything, and everyone with Atlas was the best. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Happy customers, Beautiful job!

Perfect. Never expected the customer service we received and excellent workmanship. From the initial phone call to the finished product, this company has it all. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installation tech was prompt, courteous, extremely careful and even swept the driveway when he was done cutting some boards. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days. Quality is A+. I found Atlas on the Internet and am grateful I did.

They installed it for us. They were very professional and accommodating. We had an issue and the installer came back to fix it. They work with the VA. The do have financing available.

The job looked fine when installed, however, later we found out the product/installation was defective. The metal frame for the shower door resting on the shower sill had a number of small slits in it which allowed moisture to penetrate and mold and mildew to accumulate without any access for cleaning. When we asked for Atlas to come look at it. They would only agree to come for a minimum of $170. They absolutely do not stand behind their work!

The job went smoothly and the results were excellent. My only complaint, as the wife and who the tub was for, was that the salesman made me feel invisible. He spent 5 hours in our home, explaining the tub, and rarely looked at or spoke to me. I felt that was somewhat discourteous. When the consultant, Darian Bobby, came to our home to talk to us about a walk in jacuzzi tub, a lot of the questions I had were technical and when I asked them Darian seemed to mostly focus on me. My wife felt a little left out of the conversation. After the consultation we went to their location to see a sample and do a sort of test drive of the jacuzzi. They had the actual walk-in tub available for my wife to try. We found that the door was inadequate and my wife, who is handicapped, was unable to get clear of the door with her legs so we changed to a larger tub. One of the things they had to do because it was a larger, heavier unit, getting it up the stairway that has a bend in it, they had to use a lot of men and a lot of due diligence to get it upstairs without damaging the walls or openings. They had to remove the wood framing from two doorways to get the tub in the bathroom. In additional to having to remove the old tub there was a lot of technical work that had to be done by electricians and such. What would be of interest to most people would be the quality of the work they did around the tub to finish the area. It was done to perfection. I would give credit to Steve, their production manager, Todd, and Chad. The finished product gave a professional appearance to the Nth degree.

Complaint resolved – once Atlas got moving on the problem it was like an overnight miracle. Darian sent Dave out to resolve the problem and he did – in just 2 hours the grout was repaired. Dave even touched up areas that were not caused by Atlas install - I could not be happier. Thank you, Darian and thank you, Dave – that is what I’d call great customer service. It is all about trust.

I am writing to express to you my sincere dissatisfaction with your company. I met with your sales person Tom, on March 6th, 2015 to discuss remodeling my master bathroom. At that time Tom sold me the shower unit and flooring totaling $8740.00. After giving Tom 50% of the total cost, I was contacted one time to be welcomed to the ?Atlas Family?, by a woman named Lisa. Thank goodness my family never treats me the way the Atlas family has treated me. I was not contacted by, Mr. Buckley as promised to set up an installation date, but instead had to call your office to set up an installation appointment. Installation started on April 10 and April 11, and I say started because it took several tries to get it right. After initial installation of the shower (without the glass door, a shower curtain was put in while the door was being ordered), and flooring, there were many things that needed corrections: 1. The floor behind the toilet was cut very ragged and the area where the water connection for the toilet was let unfinished. 2. The flooring was coming up (assuming it did not have enough adhesive) behind the toilet and in front of the shower. 3. Chad the installer came without the correct trim for the outside of the shower. 4. No soap dish was installed. 5. Chad was unaware that he was installing the same material on the ceiling of the shower and did not have enough material upon arrival. 6. The floor base board would be put on after painting. Tom assured me when I ordered and paid him $4370.00 that this would be two day job, one day for the shower install and one day for the floor install (April 9/10). That was the purpose of taking all the measurements and deciding on the type of shower door needed for my small master bathroom (to insure that the door would not bump the counter). Two weeks later Chad returned with the shower door, installed it, incorrectly, had to leave the job to get a cover to cover up the rough cut floor around the toilet water source, wasn?t sure about chalking, the list goes on and on. (Dave needed to come out to correct sticking door, re-caulk the floor, and fix caulking in front of the shower door. And numerous other issues that he saw inside the shower and the floor. Dave even asked me why I didn?t choose the same shower fixtures as the fixtures on my sink, towel rack and toilet paper holder (all MOEN) and I said I didn?t have a choice the silver is what was offered. I wasn?t even offered the glide shower door application, which I read about online. I am still waiting on my follow up call from Lisa to let you know how my experience was and how much I ?love your product.? This was part of the sales pitch that I received from Tom and Dave as well. Since I am guessing I will never hear from your company again I am writing this letter to you.

They showed up promptly, finished the job as promised, and left the place spotless. Very professional and pleasant to deal with from the salesman to the installer.

I originally needed just baffles installed in my attic, but no one would come out just to do that since it would be too cheap of a job. The sales person came out for this, was very informative, did an attic inspection and explained the situation to me. I agreed to go ahead with adding insulation in addition to having the baffles installed so I could bring my attic insulation up to code. The part I need to gripe about is the scheduling. While they scheduled the work relatively quickly, they cancelled on me twice. And this wasn't a cancellation the day before, they called me the day of during the time they were supposed to arrive, the first time because it was too cold (it was around 5 degrees F) and the second time because there was too much snow on the ground (I shoveled my driveway that morning, it was 6 - 8" and the roads were plowed). When they finally did make the appointment on the third try, they were profession and the work was done well and quickly. I don't think my experience should stop others from contracting them, but the poor scheduling and last minute cancellations left a bad taste in my mouth. Had they called me the day before saying the weather was suspect and given me the option to reschedule then so I wouldn't need to miss work for nothing, it would have up'ed their score here.

They did a good job. They were on time. I had one complaint, and I thought they didn't put one seam together, and they came back. They did a thorough inspection of all the other gutter helmets that were put on, and they called 2 months later to see if things were okay. The gutter guards are okay so far. I think they may be a little pricy considering my friends had gutters put on, and they were less expensive then mine, but my quality was better.

Since then, we have had no issues. Even the heavy summer rains were no problem. They were very professional. I would definitely call them again.

Atlas Home Improvement completely knocked it out of the ball park! Not only did they have an excellent sales associate assigned but they did a great job removing the old gutters and installing the new. They did a superb job at cleaning up around the home after everything was completed. They also followed up with a personal phone call to share that the job was done and everything looked good. I had one open question after I had gotten home that day and they turned around me within 24 hours. Now I consider that excellent customer service!! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutters.

They arrived on time. They were professional and did not just take off and re-install new gutters - they also put thought into it and re-routed a couple downspouts so that we will no longer have a water/ice issue across our sidewalk. They cleaned up afterwards and were polite.

My experience with them was positive. I think they are the only ones in the area that can do that. It was a lot of money for gutter work but I had a unique situation and I did not have a good experience this year with the weather and I want to eliminate all of that.

They were proposing something different than what we wanted to do. I really didn't have any strong negative or strong positives. We had a handful of people come out, we just didn't select them. I don't think it was any particular reason.

I called Atlas to schedule a time to get an estimate for gutter repair or replacement. It wasn't until well into the phone call that the "receptionist" (in reality, salesperson) informed me that they can only schedule a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate when my husband was home. I informed her that it was not necessary for my husband to be present to get an estimate, as I am the person responsible for home maintenance and budgeting in my family. The salesperson replied that they had their policy of the husband needing to be present because men are more interested in the price and quality of home repairs. I replied that their policy was sexist, but she insisted that an appointment be scheduled at night or on the weekend when my husband was home. Since I work from home and can easily work around appointments with service providers during my work day, there is absolutely no reason to disrupt my family life at night or on weekends to get an estimate from a service provider. I told the salesperson that I was not interested in doing business with their company, and promptly called two other gutter repair and replacement companies who both scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate. One of these companies will get my business. If, unfortunately, I have to replace all of the gutters on my house, this will cost thousands of dollars. Thank goodness Atlas will not benefit from my pain! I am guessing that Atlas has their policy of a spouse needing to be present for the provision of the estimate because the estimate really takes the form of a lengthy sales pitch to buy their gutter guards (which the "receptionist"/salesperson pitched to me early in my call) and they want two people to hear the pitch. I have no idea why Atlas is so highly rated on Angie's List. I have owned two older homes since being married and have been responsible for scheduling work on many aspect of these homes, from concrete pouring to mud jacking and foundation repair to plumbing and electricians. I have NEVER had any of these other service providers infer that I, as a woman, was unfit to arrange for their services and pay them.

I called Atlas Home Improvement and asked that they come to my home to give me an estimate on installing some heated gutters and downspouts. I spoke with a lady named Nicole. She asked for my name, address, and telephone number and then asked for my wife's name. I told her my wife's name and then asked that they send someone out to my home to give me an estimate. She then told me that I must arrange a time for them to visit when both my wife and I are home. This is very difficult since my wife and I work different hours, and since she works 6 days/week. I can understand why they might ask that both my wife and I sign a contract for the work, in the event that we decide to have them do the work, but their only motivation for having both of us present for their initial visit is to give us one of those all too common high pressure, "sign today or pay more later", sales pitches. Following this initial disappointment, and my consequent negative review on Angie's List, Mr. David Bobby of Atlas called me and arranged to meet me (without my wife present) at my home. When I refused to play along with the sign now or pay more later tactic he backed off and allowed me a 30 day time period in which to obtain other bids on the work and for me to make a final decision on who would get the work. In the end, because the Atlas contract states that they will do all of the work in a single day, and because this allows insufficient time to replace any bad wood underlying the old gutters and to paint the wood before installing the new gutters, I had another contractor come in and remove my old gutters, check for any rotten wood behind them, replace any rotten wood found and cover the wood that would support the new gutters with aluminum siding. It is unfortunate that I had to go this route. However, in the end it turned out for the best since the other contractor was also prepared to install heated, covered, gutters and downspouts on my home and gave me a lower price that enabled me to negotiate a lower price with Atlas. Atlas's final price was still higher than that which was given to me by the other contractor. However, I chose to go with Atlas for the gutter installation part of the work, due to the superiority of their product. The portion of the work that Atlas did do (i.e. the installation of the heated, covered, gutters and downspouts and their associated electrical supply and controls) was done promptly, and to my complete satisfaction.

They were very prompt, but the style of remodel was limited to the materials they worked with. These materials and the labor seemed fine. They also have a warranty. They also have their own employees that do the install. But the products were not what we were looking for. And they were the highest quote and that quote did not include a new toilet. The other two quotes included a wider variety and choices of materials at a lower price but within 5% of the Atlas quote. Both of those companies are using contractors. The ratings above are only based on providing the quote.

The price was competitive. I have some problem with the person in charge of the project not with the guys who worked at my house. I couldn't get a response from the manager to come and talk with me about the project because I wasn't totally happy with it. They wanted their money and go home, but they even looked at the job.

Two men showed up on-time about 9:15 for the one-day install. They put down tarps to protect all the floors, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They had to remove and re-install a door and jamb to get the tub into the bathroom. Workmanship was excellent. Plumbing and electrical work is flawless. Tub installation and trim work was almost perfect. One wall tile where the wall meets the floor at the edge of the tub was cracked. We were not prepared for the 24 to 48 hour wait for the caulk to fully cure before being able to use the tub, but it only makes sense. They were done and gone by 4:15 PM. We were told ahead of time that our 40 gallon water heater might not be large enough to supply the tub which take about 55 to 58 gallons. After turning up the temperature on the water heater we now have just enough hot water to fill the tub to the desired temperature. As I said, we were aware that a 40 gallon water heater might not be large enough. A remaining task for us is to get an anti-scald device installed on the water heater for general safety while keeping a tank full of very hot water. Atlas returned a couple of weeks after the installation, located the matching piece at a nearby tile supplier, and replaced the cracked piece. Also they re-caulked a piece of the trim that was installed to cover the old shower door frame screw anchor holes.
