Description of Work: They installed insulation in my attic space. The service was fine except for initial cleanup.

Description of Work: We had new gutters put on our home. They look very nice and so far are working great. The work crew came early and did the good in one day. They were very nice, clean and knew and did the job very well.

Description of Work: installed gutter helmets..we have lots and lots of trees we are waiting for the rain have seen them work before so are confidant and excited ..no more cleaning gutters!

Description of Work: Blew in additional insulation in attic and covered all wood trim on the house with new metal and fiberglass trim.

Description of Work: I had insulation (r65) installed in my attic 2 years ago. This past winter an ice dam formed and pulled gutter away from roof. I called them in August 2013 and after initial inspection revealing the insulation had settled several inches, which it was not supposed to do. The inspection cost me $85. 2 days later Atlas called back and said they wanted to make it right. So the following week a team came out and redid the attic insulation paying particular attention to the area where the ice dam occurred. They cleaned up the loose insulation, reattached the gutter...all covered by the 10 year warranty.

Description of Work: Would not come out to give me an estimate without my husband's presence---company policy. We will not deal with a company with this kind of policy.

Description of Work: I contacted this company to give me a quote on doing some work on my gutters prior to joining Angie's list. Had I joined Angie's list first, I would not have called them. After I set an appointment, they asked if my husband would be present. I told them he would not be. I was told they prefer for him to be there but it was not necessary and told me I would have a quote while the estimator was here. However, the estimator left without leaving me a quote. About two weeks later, I get a call from the company asking if there was a time when my husband would be available so they could bring me the quote. I told them they could send it to me or not, but I would not be making an appointment to meet with them again in person.
