Allstar Alarm LLC

It is fixed now, however the intercom worked fine until the Cliffs on the Point II association had someone (I believe it was Allstar Alarm) "fix" the intercom system on the exterior of the unit (vestibule area). Her intercom had been working just fine for years. The system was "worked on" sometime in November, and after that the tenant had no intercom on the interior of the condo. The company charged me for the repair for something that was not broken until they worked on it. (I am not 100 percent sure the original contractor was Allstar, so if it was not, this review does not apply). IMHO, I believe the original person working on the system shorted out the intercom system in my unit and then billed me for the repair. I don't think that is fair or business like but Allstar can comment on the voracity of my claim. I am appreciative of contractors who deal with associations and who go out and make repairs on multifamily units like this, so I am attempting to pay this bill (although this contractor has no online payment option), but I am paying this under dispute but for respect for the small business.
