I had a heck of a flood in my basement on a Saturday and they responded ASAP. Not overly expensive for after hours call either. I have had Scheid do some other plumbing in the past and was just as impressed then. Do yourself a favor and just call Scheid first like I do.

Scheid did an amazing Job. From the quote process with Dan & Issac to Connie and Hannah in the office to Rich who did the re plumbing and shower install for our house. we had all of the galvanized pipes replaced with PEX and had a 30x60 shower installed, could not have been happier with the service. When issues arose I was notified immediately so that a solution could be found as quickly as possible and work could be done quickly.

I loved working with Scheid! Rich was very professional and did extras he noticed needed to be done. He re-worked my leaking pipes, installed my water heater, fixed and switched my washer plumbing (and dryer vent) to the other side of the wall because I wanted it moved to another room, and installed my bathtub (and probably more I’m forgetting). They give you that small business, working for you type of feeling. Even Connie (the scheduler) remembers you when you call. I like having the same person work on my project all throughout and knowing the work is going to be done well by him. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely call them again.

We have a suspicion that one of their trucks that was in our driveway got close to our van and put a big scratch on it. It costs us $1600.00 to repair it. We tried to get ahold of Mr. Scheid, and he was supposed to come over here and take a look at it but never did. We've been trying to get ahold of them regarding this scratch issue on our van for approximately 2 months, but can never get ahold of him. As far as repairs, they came out and installed the new heater but we had to have them come back because one of the elements went bad. We're still not getting adequate air flow upstairs. It could have been that they were unfamiliar with the new unit I bought through Amana. They ended up having someone else come out who had the new part and ended up finishing the repairs.

They arrived within one day for each and every service--friendly workers--cleaned every thing they touched.They were always here when they said they would be==very prompt. We were never without heat, hot water or A/C.ALL THIS AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! THANK YOU SCHEID!!!!

They came when they said they were going to come. They estimated two days. They actually could have done the job in one day. I told them not to rush it as they had plenty of time to do it right. Therefore, they came the second day, made sure everything was hooked up right and functional. They showed me everything they did. They did a great job. I had three estimates and they came in the best. I would use them again in the future.
