Rob was very easy to work with, drew up some nice plans and remained very flexible to make modifications to meet our needs. He was very prompt and professional. Of 3 quotes we received, Top Caliber's was on the low end for total cost. We selected them based not only on cost, but also on a recommendation from a neighbor where they had done similar work and it looked like a high quality job. Also, we liked working with Rob - he was very up-front and great to work with. Work was scheduled within a few weeks. The job took about 1 week to finish, which was very reasonable given the size of the job. During construction, Rob recommended a change which added some cost, but he was very good about communicating his proposed change and open to my decision. The extra cost was reasonable and I agreed to it. The end product was very nice. I have also used Top Caliber for mulch and for occasional lawn mowing, and have been happy with their quality.

Scheduled fall leaf cleanup service on (or around) November 8, 2013. I was not provided a specific date as to when the service would be provided. However, the understanding and expectation was that the service would be completed before the fall season ended and within a reasonable amount of time after being initially scheduled. Around Thanksgiving 2013, I called the company again to make sure the service I scheduled was indeed going to be rendered. I was informed that due to a few bad weather days there was a delay and that my property was and quot;fourthand quot; on the list to be completed. As of January 2014, the service was never provided. Obviously, once snow began falling the issue became moot. However, if the company felt at some point that they would be unable to provide service due to their backlog of customers and before the permanent seasonal weather change, then a courtesy call should have been provided giving me the option to secure another company. I understand that weather is unpredictable, but there were plenty of good weather days from the date I initially scheduled service. In the alternative, the company could have contacted me to inform me of whether or not the leaves would be cleaned up after the winter weather breaks. It is frustrating enough that the service was never performed, but the lack of customer service/communication is more maddening.
