Description of Work: The phone receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same-day appointment. The repairman called 15 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed the problem, explained the situation, provided an estimate, repaired and tested the dryer. I was very pleased with all aspects of this service call. Thank you.
