Description of Work: My 13 year old washer broke. They were quick to respond. Unfortunately the washer was not worth the cost to repair. I bought a new washer and dryer and they came back 2 days later to hook up the gas dryer. Cost was very reasonable. I trusted them completely and would call them again. I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreOur oven would not heat up. Call a couple of repair companies and decide to go with Tony's, because of recommendation and price. Chad came in and inspected the circuit board. It was bad. He had no replacement board. He called Bussard Appliance Store, they had one in stock. Chad picked it up and replaced the bad board. Total time to troubleshoot, pick up board and replace was one hour and a half.
Description of Work: Replaced circuit board in our G.E. Stove.

+ -1 moreI called the Tony's appliance. I was told that I could get an appointment the next day. I wanted to wait a few days so I could get off work. The appointment was set between 2 and 4 and the techician called about 1:30 to confirm the appointment. It took him about 30 minutes to disassembly the upper dryer unit and reassemble it.
Description of Work: Repair of LG Dryer. Drum stopped operating on my full size stacked unit. The techician quickly determined that something was interferring with the blower motor. He disassembled the dryer and cleaned the lint and a sock from the blower motor. Cost was $45 for service call and $40 for labor.

Description of Work: Our wash machine was leaking water and stopped spinning. We called Tony's on Tuesday and scheduled a visit for that Friday between 2-4 p.m. Chad called about 1:30 p.m. and said he was on his way. He arrived about 2 p.m. We had a friend take the washer apart prior to calling Tony's to see if they could fix it so when Chad arrived the washer had been dismantled. Chad checked out the machine and saw that the center piece was stripped. He also told us why we had water leaking. He made the repair and put the wash machine back together. Our friend had also unplugged our gas dryer to get access to the washer. Chad was able to hook the dryer back up for us and ensured the gas was properly reconnected. Chad was great. He showed up on time, took his shoes off at the door, was very smart and knew alot about the machines, and was good at explaining the problems. He was great about putting everything back together for us after our friend made a mess. The price was very reasonable. He also left the stripped part for us if we wanted it. We would definitely use Tony's again and would refer them.

I asked if they serviced Sub Zero products.I told her it was a fridge.......Her frist response was we can not help you till Tues.
