Tony's Appliance

We bought a add-on icemaker on Amazon for a 2 year old Frigidaire refrigerator and I did not want to install it myself so I called Tony's. They came out within 24 hours, were very professional and also reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future as they seemed competent and honest, it is a father and son business and I liked that as well.

Chad checked my oven & found it was running hotter than what it was set at, to replace the bad control board would cost me over $300.00, he told me how to componsate for the temperature difference and advised me it will get worse as time go by as my stove is over 20 years old. and it will need to be replaced. The temperature settings have worn off the control board panel and Chad made me a diagram of the settings so I will now know at what temperature I am setting the dial at.

Did not select this vendor. Technician could not give reasonable explanation for the cost of the service.

Did a thorough job, was pleasant, answered all my questions. I was pleased that I could get a service call quickly after my inquiry.

It went great. Very knowledgeable. Called to let me know he was on the way. Was very nice. Fixed stove and dishwasher. Price seemed reasonable. I would use them again.

He just came in and replaced the igniter on our stove. Took our check and left. Gave us no receipt. Said he would mail it to us. Have not received it yet. I am going to have to find time to call about it. Also he left black grease smudges all over our kitchen floor.

Prompt professional and reasonable price. Had broken washing machine valve. Have DTE service contract and was told I couldn't get a repair person for a week. Called Tony's and had someone out same day. Not only fixed issue but checked hoses and determined original installers had switched the hot and cold Fixed that as well. Extremely satisfied.

I had loud noise when high speed spinning was going on during a wash load. This was the first load after our move into another home. I thought that the drum was broken because of the move. I called Tony's Appliance to see if they could come out the day I was off work and I was lucky enough to have the appointment on that day. Chad checked the front loader to see if the drum or any other parts around the drum was damaged. He did find a few articles along the rubber gasket and pulled them out (LOL be sure to repeatedly tell your son or daughter to check their pockets). Anyway, long story, short.... Chad checked and found that the unit was developing slop in the tub support arm and spin bearings. He advised me that the repair will exceed value of the unit. He charged me a service call. Also, I asked him if he had another part for our fridge (a bypass plug for the carbon filter) and while on the conversation, I checked to see if I had the fridge manual and luckily found something that Chad said was the bypass plug I needed! He took out the filter and replaced it with the bypass plug and another issue was solved! Thank you Chad for all your help - you're very knowledgeable!

I called him and he was able to come the next day. Tony was in and out in about 1/2 hour including a brief discussion on the "best" replacement washer to purchase. By the way, I already had the required part so the cost was only for installation.

They were wonderful. I called them when I realized our fridge was broken. They were closed so I left a message and the called back first thing in the morning around 07:30 and they got me an appointment for the next day. The guy who came out was wonderful; he was very honest about what needed to be done with the fridge. He told me about how much longer the fridge would last, and was just very frank about what needed to be done with it. He fixed my stove too, which was great. He had the part in his truck so he fixed it right then and there, and he gave me the price before he went and got the part out of his truck - he gave me the option not to do it. It was a wonderful experience.

My appointment was at 8:00 am, I was told they would call me at 8:00 am to reconfirm and they called exactly at 8:00. Technician was here a few minutes later. He checked out both the microwave and oven. Explained fully what was wrong with both and gave me an estimate for each repair. I decided to not do the microwave since the repair cost was going to be too close to replacement cost. He repaired the oven quickly and showed me how it was now working. Chad was friendly and professional, finished the repair and was on his way in a reasonable time. Would use Tony's again!

Tony responded to a call on a Monday afternoon. good front office communication and he came to the house within an hour. Fixed the problem in 30 minutes.

Arrived on time the next day after calling, knew exactly what was wrong, explained everything thoroughly, showed me what he was fixing and how the parts were worn out and how to prevent it in the future. Quoted and fixed on site with no need to come back or order parts.

Arrived on time. Was honest, pointed out the only thing wrong. Cleaned up when done, gave me the worn out belt.

Called and got an estimate about 9:00am. Said they could come out between 1-3 in the afternoon. They called me about an hour later to say they had time to come by early if I was going to be home. Came over a half hour later and fixed my stove in about a half hour. Amount owed was a few bucks more than what they quoted over the phone but didn't think that was a big deal. Repairman was Tony's son and was very friendly. Answered all my questions and would definitely use again.

Tony's Appliance were able to slot us in quickly (within 1-2 days) for a washer and dryer repair. They came on a Saturday a.m. and arrived exactly on time. The repair was done quickly and was reasonably priced. Very good to work with - will use them again and I do recommend them!

It was a good experience. Tony's repaired my dishwasher with a new motor at the original estimated price. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended.

The person who took our call at Tony's was pleasant, courteous and professional. She scheduled a service call for the next day. Chad, the Tony's repairman, contacted us the next morning and told us that he was running ahead of schedule and he offered to show up earlier than originally scheduled which we agreed to. Chad was courteous, professional and very neat. He explained what was wrong with the dryer in a way that we could understand. We appreciate that he cleaned the lint build up behind the front panel - a place that we did not know needed to be cleaned. Chad had the required replacement parts on the truck, so the entire service visit was very quick. It was obvious that Chad knew what he was doing and was familiar with Maytag gas dryers. Service call $50. Parts $32. Labor $ 20. Less $5 for the Angie's List Coupon. An excellent service experience by very professional people for a very reasonable price. We will use Tony's Appliance Service for all of our future appliance repair needs.

They did what was expected for a reasonable price.

I called Tony's Appliance Service early this morning after reading the great reviews on Angie's List. They scheduled my appointment promptly for the same day and was even able to come an hour & a 1/2 earlier than expected. Chad was very professional, friendly and helpful. He fixed it in about a half hour from start to finish and even lowered the labor amount since he was here for such a short time. Great to know that this company is FAMILY owned & operated and taked pride in their service. They are definately not out to rip you off. I will recommend them to all my family & friends for sure!

Tony’s replaced the control board on our Kenmore dishwasher. The service man was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Along with the repair, he cleaned out the pump area and did other maintenance items to extend the life of the unit. He was very good about calling to connect on arrival time though the general window we had to remain available was quite large. We have had Tony’s out to repair a number of appliances over the years and have always been satisfied with their work.

They are honest and their prices are very fair and reasonable. I have only used them once but I was very happy with them.
