Description of Work: They always returned my calls promptly and kept me up-to-date and were punctual. |They made the first appointment to evaluate the needs, offer a solution with a price. When they came in, they did just that. |They took away the damaged blinds that day and came back with the fixed ones within the promised time frame. |The person that came out seemed very knowledgeable and professional. But he did not want to fix any of the vertical blinds, seemed to me that since they did not install them, they did not want to do that piece. | |I have found that one string is not properly fixed (still torn), but I have not had a chance to check them all and call them back yet. I have faith that they will take care of this once I call. | |They restrung 6 small and 3 medium sized blinds. For free they fixed some damaged parts on the blinds that did not need any fixings.

+ -1 moreAfter finding Time for Blinds on AL I took 2 sets of hunter douglas blinds by to see if they could be fixed. One was stuck in its position and wouldn't move and the other was grossly out of level. I was met at the counter by a friendly staffer and my 18 month old daughter was offered a chance to play in a well stocked (for children) play area. After hearing my concerns about the blinds I was provided a detailed quote with an explanation of what needed to be done. I was asked to pay beforehand, which I think is perfectly reasonable but I know some people freak about that, and was given an estimated time of repair that was a few weeks out as they needed to order parts for my blinds. A week or so before the estimated date I received a call letting me know they were done. They were in tip top shape when I picked them up and are still working today.
Description of Work: Repaired the raising/lowering mechanism of 2 hunter douglas cordless blinds.

Description of Work: The owner expected to give all the money up front for a restring on a blind that I took in there ,I questioned it and she said it was her policy.After placing my credit card in her hand I told her that I don't normally pay 100% up front for anything but for only 60$ I would make an exception she was quick to give me a attitude with a under her breath (ha),I promply grabed my credit card and told her "don"t bother I would go somewhere that I would be treated like a costomer" and I further added as I was opening the door to exit that "I live close and I would tell anyone who would listen that she had a bad policy and a bad attitude" she came out from behind the counter and told me to get out of her store "gladly "I responed on the way home I realized why she didn't have any costomers in her store
