Chris the guy who performed the work did a decent job. He was very polite and helpful and cleaned up everything nicely. However I feel $ 450.-- for 2-1/2 hours of work was a little pricey.

Overall the power washing was done well; we also had the deck stained wth the understanding (I thought) that that finish would be consistent. However, it turned out splotchy and required a second coat and we were charged an additional $100 which we were not initially advised of. The deck looks good, but we were a bit unhappy about the additional money we were charged, since we were not advised of the possibility up front. Other than that, the deck looks good.

Outstanding service all around. Stone Master set up an appointment accommodating my working schedule and diagnosed the problem with non-standard sanded grout in my main bathroom. After reviewing my options, I settled on colours for both bathroom tile floors and tiled bath/shower enclosure. Chris was friendly and informative throughout the process. The difference between my upstairs bathroom was night and day, looking better than when we moved into the house and it was professionally cleaned. The grout seal discoloured on our main floor bathroom for unknown reasons, but Stone Master promptly set up a new appointment to remedy the situation. Chris scrubbed every inch with a toothbrush, and the discoloured seal looks pristine again. Going above and beyond for customer satisfaction is a plus. Couldn't be happier.

Completely satisfied with tile cleaning and grout cleaning/sealing. Visitors to our home agree--the kitchen floor looks like new. They are prompt and easy to work with, too.
