Quality of work was very good. They spent more money than what was budgeted and kept all the extras materials that we paid for. Took a little longer than we planned. Would have used them again but didn't feel we could trust them in the end. They left all the debris in the garage and didn't dispose of it. They do good work so if you use them I would carefully watch what they buy with your money.

We were very pleased. The price was amazing and we are very happy with the final product. We would happily work with Don again in the future. The work that Don provided was very high quality. He provided unique design suggestions that no one else thought of and that were included in the final design. Don worked autonomously, which was great for us because we were very happy to be hands off. Our one caveat was the time to completion. We had a fairly flexible schedule and the pantry was non-essential. However, this may have been problematic if either of these conditions were untrue. Again, we would like to stress just how happy we are with the final product.

Building was built very well, however getting the building done was another story. Orsini told us he had built three of these buildings before. It became obvious that was not true very quickly. In the estimate he told us six-ten days to complete, it took almost six weeks. Very rarely did anyone work more then four hours a day. The contract was for labor only, but Orsini didn't think anything about spending money for supplies and then presented us with the receipts at the end. The contract also did not include a draw schedule and he wanted payment in full prior to the building being completed. When we refused, he finished the building in a few days.In the end, the building is built, and built well, but not on schedule and not for the price we agreed to.

Work was good and I was pleased with the results. Only recommendation is a schedule of completion is needed.

Everything went fine. He licensed builder so he can do just about anything. I have a whole list of things I want him to do, so that's good. I've signed the contract and am looking forward to working with him. He comes when he says he will and he's easy to talk to. Update: Projects ongoing for kitchen and dining room.
