We had hired this service through our AHS warranty. Way this company provided service, i will not refer them to any other customer. Don't go this place, they literally don't know what they are doing. No knowledge about the job at all. Ultimately they broke my dishwasher and left it as is, I had wash vessels by hand for more than 2.5 months. The same thing with my fridge door, they did not do the right job. They don't keep up with the appointment, the customer service is too bad. The lady Beth, handling the phone call is not friendly at all. I would advise all customers to choose a better appliance repair company.

The fiasco I had with Noble is not worth detailing. The bottom line is that the replaced the seals on a Viking fridge and the doors never closed tight after this. We went through 3 visits with them coming out and never quite sure what they did, although they had a hair dryer out trying to mold them one time. Lost 3 freezers full of foods. Called Viking and they said and quot;make them come back outand quot; which Noble refused to do saying they had nothing left to offer. Went to another service company and in 5 minutes they recognized that the door closers/hinges were broken. Worse part is that now that the fridge has had to do so much extra work, they said the compressor is about shot too. Out well over $700 and now have to repay for all the work they were supposed to have done AND a new compressor. Would never, ever, ever use them again. Buyer be aware!

My regular appliance repairman was on vacation so I found Noble Appliance on Angie's List and was grateful they serviced my area. The repair tech came out in less than a week. I was a little nervous as the diagnostic took 1 1/2 hours. Fortunately they have a flat rate of $68 for the diagnostic and if you need a part, the $68 is applied toward the part. The folks at Noble must have gotten a few grey hairs over this one as the part for my 21 year old washer had been discontinued. Once they did find one, it was more expensive than originally quoted, they would not charge me for the additional cost. I thought I had convinced them to split the difference but the amount on the final invoice was as originally quoted. It took about 3 weeks to get the part (not their fault) and once I got the call, the timer was replaced the next day which happened to be a Saturday- at no additional cost. That's good service.

I didn't spend that much for them to come and look at it. They told me it would cost $425 to fix the washer. He's very nice. I don't think he knew what it was. I didn't feel confident that they knew what it was. Their responsiveness was quick.

They were really good. They did the job right and they were in a very timely manner, personable. They were fair.

Serviceman opened front panel -pulled out instruction sheet -read the fix the error code on panel. He then told us he was unsure if that was a permanent fix but advised us that we could order the necessary part and told us where to order it from IF we wanted and then be able to easily install ourselves. For whatever reason -obviously his own - he would not accept the coupon we had obtained for 1st time customers. Then chg'd. Us $68 for less than 5 minutes. Would not use or recommend.

I would recommend Noble for all large appliance repair. The techs were pleasant and professional. All the work was done quickly and they took the time to answer all my questions so I understood exactly what they were doing.

Made an appointment to have my dishwasher repaired. Shane Stuart was right on time. Used booties over shoes. Diagnosed problem and showed me exactly what he did, and got it draining in no time. Thank you.

freezer stopped working. They did not have the part readily available to fix it but were able to do a temporary fix to get it working until the part came in a couple of days later. They then came out and did the permanent repair.

Everything works like it is supposed to

From the phone call to the technician's visit the process was easy, helpful, and professional. Our dryer started making a horrible sound and we could not use it. I called two other repair places before calling Noble Appliance Repair, the first one didn't answer the phone and the second one didn't repair Electrolux appliances. When I called Noble the call was answered immediately and I was able to make an appointment for Monday evening between 430pm -630pm. They are a paperless company and I was told I would receive a text when the technician was in route. I received one and he arrived just a little after 5pm. We are in the middle of a big remodeling project and have two young children so being without a dryer was starting to become a big headache. The technician immediately got to work and figured out the problem and resolved it. Within an hour he was done. We were only charged the fee to come out and diagnose the problem. I highly recommend them and would use them again. We are a DIY family and so we rarely call for repair/help, but we would call Noble again if a problem came up. My husband had taken apart the dryer completely and put it back together and the technician showed him exactly what the problem was and where in case it happens in the future.

Our experience with Noble was fantastic. From the initial call to the actual repair, everything was great. Because it was a warranty situation, the tech was required to get on the phone and describe the situation to the representative from the warranty company. This in itself was a plus for Noble. Other appliance companies refused to get in the middle. Jeremiah (tech) was more than happy to work through the required conversation and also made the repair in a very satisfactory way. Once the repair was completed, he took the time to describe in detail what he did to fix the problem. As a extra bonus to the fine service, Jeremiah also gave us a few tips and pointers in the maintenance of some our other appliances. We've contacted them since for other pending repairs and again their willingness to help was spot on. It's apparent they look at winning customers for life. Great Job!
