Our former irrigation company could not come out for 3 weeks. I called Irrigation Solutions and they were out the following day - even gave me a call to update arrival time. Tim and Zach were great! They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the leaking control valve. The system was fully repaired! My lawn is getting water and turning green!

had some digging...I even helped....reconnect line to valve disrupted by previous trench for perk test...rebuild a valve (new diaphragm) took about hour and 15 min..was shocked at the end to get a bill for $351 (was told it was because of two men...but i never asked for two men) quality of work is good but be sure to nail down the prices in advance

Overall a good experience. It's been almost 10 months and everything is working fine. Our mistake was not to get more estimates, so we don't know if the price was reasonable; plus, he doesn't give free estimates. If I remember well, on its website it mentioned that they give discounts to Angie's List members or something like that. When I called, I asked about that and they said that that is not valid anymore, but that their prices are very competitive. Although, we couldn't cut the grass ahead of time because the utility companies came too early to mark the lines, He didn't he complain about it at all. He and his assistant showed good manners at all times.They didn't leave any trash behind, except a tool. Luckily my husband found it before mowing the law. My husband had to replace one of the heads but not sure why. The handwritten paperwork was too simple, it only showed codes and prices. My husband didn't ask him to specify what they meant. I feel that since it was our first experience we made some mistakes, we should get more (free) estimates as well as warranty information, and request a detailed invoice.
