The owner of the company came by and gave me a price so we agreed and he climbed up on the second story of a condo building it was windy and cold he took his equipment on the roof and he cleaned out the vent of now the dryer is working very good and we appreciate his hard work and coming out on a day that was not very nice he was a very friendly and hardworking man I would highly recommend this company in the future

I feel very comfortable spending the money for the service especially after seeing before and after pictures with Andrew’s camera. I learned that the ducts haven’t been cleaned since the house was built (sometime in the 1930’s)! Andrew was friendly and professional. I asked him to clean the dryer vent in my new house. Since we had recently moved in, I had identified the wrong exhaust vent, and his sleuthing helping us identify the correct vent in a different spot on the house and shortly after that, the work was done and the dyer was functioning correctly. I would hire him again (we'll be calling him to do our AC/ furnace ducts once we are done painting/renovating) and would recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. The service provider was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. The excess lent and debree has been removed. I am now able to dry a load of clothes in (1) one cycle, rather than (3) three cycles. I am very satisfied and would refer him to my neighbors.

Well they did spend 1.5 hours here. I got quotes from 3 different companies. All said they used the bags and ( whipped) the inside of the ducts with the rotary bristled tool and would do the anti microbial fog and would do before and after camera pictures. I talked directly with Andrew Nater the owner. He guaranteed before and after pictures via camera and to use the whip tool and the anti microbial fog. What I got was air hoses with nozzles no whip holes every 3 feet in my old duct work but even holes drilled in my brand new 3 week old heat ducts from the new furnace and a/c that was installed June 23. The anti microbial fog? Was a windex bottle of some type of cleaner. Nice enough guys but what I was promised and what was said was gonna be done didn't even come close. Multiple holes every 3 feet of so to put air hose in while he beat the ducts with his fist not the whip like what was promised. So I sit with about a dozen or more plugged holes which could have been avoided if he used the promised whip tool and a camera to follow up progress. Also 2 large access holes which I can understand. But why holes in brand new heat air ducts? I was waiting for the before camera shots and the after so I could be assured the ducts were cleaned properly. I was kinda miffed when he shoved an air line with just a chuck like you would use to blow up a tire and wiggle it around... thats not the whip tool. So I paid 335.00.... and no fog... would I hire again personally no

Fantastic, they were very thorough and walked me through every step. They were running late but we're professional and called me well a head of time to let me know and called when on their way.
