 + -1 moreI have a very large snow blower that cannot easily be put in a car and dropped off for service. So, I called Westland Lawn and Snow two weeks ago to pick it up for repair. I informed them I found their business on Angie's List. I was assured they would be out the following week. After a week, I had not heard back from them about a pick up time. I called them and was again assured they would call me to arrange a pick-up. Another week has passed and I have still not heard from them. I understand the first week may have been a challenge due to the snow and terrible driving conditions. However, roads have been clear this past week and I am still waiting for a call. The woman who answered the phone both times was pleasant. I have no complaint with her. If they were unable to perform, or did not wish to provide the requested service I should have been informed of that when I requested it.
Description of Work: They did not provide the requested service.
