Overall excellent experience with excellent everything. We needed a non-standard vertical spacing and because Upright Fence manufactures the products they install, this was a simple request for them. Very positive experience. Highly recommended.

It was really a very great and positive experience. They were very very professional, on time, sales person was nice, knowledgeable and did a great job and communication is very good. I would use them again.

This job went smoothly from the initial estimate to the installation and followup. The person who estimated the job was clean and professional and took time to explain the entire job, materials, timeline, etc. The installers communicated constantly, arrived when they said they would, completed the job on schedule, cleaned up after the job was completed and respected my property. They were also very polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend it to anyone who wishes a professional fence installation. Once the installation was complete, I received a followup survey from the company. They are obviously very invested in customer satisfaction.

Removed and replaced approximately 200 liner feet of cedar fence with pvc fence. Ken the sales representative came to the house and gave us an estimate for the job. I went to the showroom the next day to check out the product. I was satisfied with the quality and the price. The crew came out and removed the cedar fence in 1 day. The following day they set the posts. The crew was very professional and took pride in their work. Since it was during the holidays the crew came back around a week later to complete the installation of the new fence. The weather conditions were bad but the crew tried to keep the place clean. I was very pleased with the product and the employees i dealt with at Upright Fence.

We couldn't be happier with the experience. The work performed and materials used were top-notch.

The sales rep in the store took time and talked thoroughly to me about everything in a warm manner too.

The price was reasonable. They did a great job with their work. They were very nice and friendly towards me.

It was good. There was only one little complaint; I think they put the handle on the wrong side of the fence. Otherwise, they did good work.

I thought they did a great job, they were very professional, did everything they said they would and were excellent. I thought their price was very reasonable for what they did, they were the cheapest ones out of all of them.

I was happy with everything, except the fact I was without a fence around my pool for a few days. On the first day, they dug up the poles and put new ones in. They were unable to finish, but came back on Monday to put the fence back up. I think they should have finished the job on Saturday. Overall though, I was happy with their work.

The contract said that it would take about 3 weeks to get the job started and once they started the job it would take 4-5 days. They came to start the job on Thursday, May 24th. They removed the chain link and my wood fence , started the holes and set the posts. One of the employees started talking about his 4 day weekend. I was not told that they would not be working Friday or Sat. and Dave talked about his 4 day weekend on Thursday the 24th.. The office called me and said they would be out on Tues. to finish. In the mean time, I do not have a fence around my yard and I have not seen them since. They know about the neighbors dogs, it was important to do as soon as possible. My neighbors are very upset too. I have called the office, left voicemails to Ken,and emailed to the office and Ken. I spoke with Kevin this morning about this issue and he said he would call me back. ( They were a no show to finish the work on Tuesday.) I have not heard back from him either. Also, the post is not set properly and the neighbors dogs are able to see onto my property and they bark all day long right by my driveway and door. This is the one of the reasons I am getting the fence.The other reason is the "helicopter trees" growing between the 2 fences. I was to pay for them to take down and haul away both fences (with neighbors written permission) and thats what I wanted . The neighbors took all of my wood and the chain link fence. I contacted Angie's list when nobody would return my call or show up for the scheduled appointment to finish, and the co. called and rescheduled again. They were a no show on Tuesday, and Wed. I called them and they finally came. They fixed the problem by the post. The finished product is very nice. It only took them 2 hours to comple the fence- so 7 days with no fence for 2 hours of work. ?? The posts would have been set by Sat. The co. gave me a small discount for not hauling away the 2 fences, which I wanted them to do. I paid for all of this, to stop the trees from growing between the 2 fences that I could not get to,- which is right next to my garage-- and the neighbors dogs from barking by my driveway and door. The final inspection by the city has not been done yet. When it's done, I'll let Angie's list know.

Words are inherently powerful thus I hope this review is received with the truth and sincerity it deserves. From the begining of the project until the end, all of the employees at Upright-Fence from the office personnel to the acual craft workers had great interpersonal relationship skills. This enhanced any communications needed between our family and the company.There are privacy fences and there is the extraordinary workmanship demonstrated in our privacy fence. On a scale of one to ten, we rate Upright -Fence Co. an eleven. During the recent days of high velocity winds our fence was as sturdy as an old oak tree and never swayed. (the poem)There were absolutely no problems. We were Blessed with our choice of Upright Fence.

Everyone who works at Upright Fence has many years of experience. They are extremely professional and do quality work. I would absolutely recommend them! I will give them an "A+" on everything.

Overall very satisfied. I had contacted three separate companies, once with a slightly lower estimate, but Upright gave me the most confidence between these two and Ken was able to adjust his price somewhat, though not completely matching the lower quote, but enough to make me happy. It took longer than expected to pull the permit from my city's offices, but no fault of Uprights at all and they kept me updated as to the progress in this regard. Only complaint is that the installers didn't seem to have been given all the information Ken and I discussed during the estimate process. The gate should have come a few feet further so as to include the gutter down spout within the back yard, but this didn't happen. I had to modify the downspout angle so that the gate could actually shut properly... Lesson learned, be there be there for the installation and keep an eye on the progress. Quality of the installation and materials is excellent. They were replacing one side of an existing fence and a gate. It looks far nicer than the rest of the fence in all honesty. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called for an estimate and they came out within that week. I didn't need to be home for it which was nice not having to take off of work. Stopped by the place to schedule it. Very professional. They came out, got right to work, and cleaned the whole work area up -almost couldn't even tell they were they when I got home (expect for the brand new post :) Quality work and quality attitude! I've recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The job went well, the company was very accommadating, and everything was done as scheduled/promised. Both work crews were knowledgable, friendly and professional - and cleaned up after their work had been performed. They even left me 4 extra boards as replacements if ever needed, and advised me on how to weather one of the boards if I intended to stain the cedar fence.

We had used Upright Fence 25 years ago to install a privacy fence. When it became time to replace the fence we contacted all of the fence companies in the area to see what products (wood, composite, etc) that they had available. Ultimately it was Paul at Upright Fence who came through with the best option. He and the two installers were excellent to work with throughout the process. The quality of the work was top notch. We would strongly recommend Upright Fence company.

I liked them. I spent about $1500 for their services. It's beautiful and excellent. They were fast and in and out. They cleaned up well afterwards. They were good. They were just like I wanted them to be. I don't think there was anything that they could improve on because they did it right and did what I expected. I would use their services in the future too.

Overall it was a very good experience. They did everything what they said that they would do. They were prompt and their service was very good. The fence looks good. It was a part of the fence that they put up. They cleaned up after themselves. They were here when they said they would be. Everything was excellent. They did whatever I expected and it was great. They had their pricing and we did the estimates, and we were very happy with their work. I will use their services again in the future.

The salesman was great. I asked them to match a price from another company from a quote I had recieved, They could totally match the price, but they did come down a bit. The hard part was waiting for work to begin. We were originally told that it would be at least two weeks - it ended up being four weeks instead. We were a bit confused because we had received a call the day before the posts were to be put in and at 3pm, a crew still hadn't arrived. I called to find out that they were still coming. The crew finally arrived and completed putting in the posts in a few short hours. We had a few small issues with the first crew - first, they didn't tear out a section of fence that was supposed to go - but that was remedied by the finish crew with no problem. Second, they scooped some extra concrete into our bushes on the side of the house. We are able to get rid of it - but it was just a pain. The finish crew came the very next day. They did a great job - and the fence was in and done in a few hours. Other than the death metal music playing from their truck (albeit it was at a very low volume) I had no complaints. They even asked if they could reconfigured one of the gates so that it would be a little more sturdy - which we appreciated.

Ken from Upright Fence was the first company to respond to my request for an estimate. He was knowledgeable and gave me a written estimate on the spot. Of the three estimates, his was the lowest; however, I made my decision based also on his professional attitude, the length of time they had been in business and their high ratings on Angie's List. The work was done in a timely manner - one day to tear out and haul away the old fence and cement the new posts in, and another day to install the new cedar fence. The installers had to work with a slope in my yard and they did a beautiful job. Several people have since commented on how perfectly they dealt with the slope and how terrific the fence looks. The installers were professional and friendly and left a neat, clean yard.

I thought the estimate was a little pricey but I needed it done right away and wanted quality work. I got the quality work but it took them about month to come out and actually do the job. Much longer than what they originally told me. I did think that they would use some beefier pipe for the price but the fence works fine. The men that did the job were fast and made sure I was happy with the work they did.
