Overall we are happy with the work. The guys worked hard removing the bricks and making the fixes. They did have to come back and reseal the bathroom stack (it rained hard the next day and it was still leaking) and remove the two large (80 lbs each) chimney bricks from the upstairs floor. Don was very responsive when I called him to let him know about the leak and the bricks that were left in the floor. They did an ok job cleaning up, although we are still finding pieces of mortar from the chimney they removed in the yard when we mow. They threw the brick and mortar pieces on the lawn and driveway. We bought an old house where the work that was done on it before we bought it wasn't done well and we know we will need a contractor again in the future. We'll definitely will call Don again. His price was fair and the work was good.

Don (owner) was great with questions and job changes before job was started. Jason (crew leader?) was on site entire time; answering questions, making sure the guys were careful not to damage existing bushes, and directing the cleanup. Crew was very respectful and did a great job. The clean-up was performed far better than I had even hoped. Roofing, trimming all the exposed wood, and seamless gutters were completed by different work crews. No matter which crew was working, all three were excellent on installation and clean-up.

They were great and perfect. If I need to I will use them again. I also used them to put gutters up and I am considering using them for concrete work. They were very considerate when it came to repairs. Honest and straight forward. They are a very trusting company. I like to say when you find someone good, you keep them.

They were great. Came out to the house promptly and repaired it for a very reasonable price. Will call them again, no doubt.

They showed up on time and worked all day. The workers were polite and picked up all debris. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

George called back few days after I left a message for a garage estimate. The conversation started off well. I was explaining that I wanted a new garage and an old one taken away. It was going very well until he learned that I lived in Detroit. Even though I live in one of the nicest parts of Detroit, he refused to take the conversation any further saying his crew will not work in Detroit. I live in Midtown by Wayne State in Woodbridge. There are kids, hipsters, professors and doctors in my neighborhood. George wouldn't have any of it, and quickly ended our conversation even when I said "I have 40K to build a garage, and you won't even look at my property?" He said no. We are trying to bring Detroit and Michigan back. Whole Foods has more confidence in Detroit than this Michigan based company. On their Angie's list posting it says that they will do work in Detroit, but they snubbed me. I wouldn't recommend or support a business that thinks they are too good for the Motor City. They should change their name to Tri-Suburb Builders.

The guy was very helpful. I will call him back to use him. He was professional. He was timely.

They were very helpful. I am very happy with the installation. He did an excellent job. They met the price and everything was wonderful. They even took a look at my roof and found I did not need any additional work. I am extremely happy with their services.

The moment I contacted Tri City Builders, Don called me back to set up a good time for me to meet with him. He was on time and very professional. Once the initial contact was made everything was done within a week. Don was very helpful and understanding and worked with me. The day the job was preformed the crew was on time, they were here by 6:30 am cleaned up and gone by 12:15pm. His foreman Justin who was on the job the day the roof was installed was also very helpful and professional and will be coming back out to do some chimney work that needs to be done. I worked with Don from Tri-City. I called him on a Friday to let him know I needed roof repair and the quote and job was completed on Saturday. I had 2 other quotes that Tri-City beat by $125.00. I also have a written quote for him to do windows in 2 of my apartment complexes that I own. I had 4 quotes in total. He beat all other quotes - including Wallside Windows! I would highly recommend calling Tri-City Builders to get the lowest cost and fastest, quality service.
