Description of Work: I asked to interview the prospective service provider because I have had less than competent technicians work on my state-of-the-art HVAC system. I was told that they weren't interested in my business. OK!

I am sorry that you are unhappy with our company. When contacting us you stated "I'm an engineer" and that you felt no prior company had been competent enough to repair your furnace. For that reason you requested to interview our technicians prior to scheduling an appointment for service to determine for yourself if they were capable technicians. Our service technicians are very busy servicing our customers in the field and are not easily available for interviews. I can assure you that our technicians are properly trained on a variety of equipment. We have been in business for 23 years. Our company is licensed with the state of Michigan, we are fully insured and have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Had you just scheduled an appoint for repair and were unhappy with our service we would make it right or refund your service repair cost. Again, I apologize.
