 + 0 moreI stopped in unannounced and explained what I was looking for. Steve understood I didnt need a fancy computor, instead he recomended an all in one computer. I stepped up and bought it even though my last all in one was junk. This new used computer fires right up and is way more responsive than my last one. But what I liked most was how i walked out of there feeling like I made a new friend. That doesnt happen very often today. Thank you for spending the time and providing great customer service.

 + -1 moreI was first impressed with Steve's honestly. He let me know the hard drives I had were in perfect working order. But I still wanted the larger drive installed. He thoroughly cleaned my system and reinstalled windows. The keys could not be fixed and instead of charging me $200.00 to replace the keyboard and track pad, he advised me to use a plug in keyboard until I replace it. I also have a desktop that I will be bringing him to upgrade. I am new to the area and I am so thankful to have someone I can trust.
