This is an incredible company, and we would recommend them to anyone. From Dale Jr's quote to the finished product, their customer service was next to none. Our home had several extremely complicating factors that they had to address during the egress window installation, including dealing with both the gas company and a basement waterproofing company, and every step of the way, they took care of it all. They were patient, courteous, and professional. They truly stand behind their work. Now that the window is done, it looks terrific, and more importantly, it gives us peace of mind to have a safe escape route from our basement. We would use this company again in a heartbeat. It's not easy to find workmanship like this and a company that truly takes care of its customers.

If you're in need of an egress window these are the guys you want to use hands down! We got four quotes all together and Firescape was the obvious choice. Post installation, we're definitely glad we used them! The process from estimate to installation was seemless. Very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Dales Jr. and Sr. came out to do an estimate on Sept. 18. They were both very polite and friendly, and were great about walking me through the process and making me feel comfortable with their experience and knowledge. I had gotten a few other quotes (all within $100 of each other) but the father/son duo won hands down. Fast forward to Mid October - aside from one small issue with the permit process that delayed construction a week (only due to being cautious) everything went very smoothly. They handled pulling the permit with the city and even called Ms. Dig to make sure they didn't dig through a utility line. There was an issue with the saw towards the end that extended the cutting process, but Dale Jr. and his crew stayed late to make sure everything was done right, only having to return the next day to put up the trim (it was dark and they said they'd rather have adequate light to make sure it was done well). They were great about keeping in contact and making sure I was in the loop on everything. I would recommend them to everyone (and plan on it!) Thanks guys!

What a pleasure it was to work with professional's. This experience was awesome from first phone call for an estimate to completing the job. The Dale's arrived on time with everything they needed and stayed until the work was done including the clean up. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Dale (s) I appreciate your hard work.

Dale Jr handled most of the communications and quotes with me. They came out to quote the job and presented the options we could choose from as far as window size and type of wells. Both Dale Sr and Dale Jr have knowledge of the building codes in my area so anywhere that a code would affect our design ideas they told me about it and how we could work with it. It's good to have experienced contractors like them because then you won't run into delays or have to redo work after inspection. They will also coordinate the utility companies to come out and identify lines before digging. They'll also get the permits. As far as pricing I felt they were very reasonable especially considering that they do the finish work which I ran into other contractors that didn't want to do that part. Once the job started they worked hard and showed up on time. When the job was nearly completed my wife and I asked if they could make one change to the design and they were flexible. They supported our idea and looked into making it happen with reasonable pricing on custom parts and the added labor. When it was finished we were happy and ready to start the rest of the basement remodel work. Sometimes they'll fit other types of jobs into their schedule that aren't even egress related and given their experience I'm comfortable giving them that work as well. One of the best contractors to work with thus far in my year of remodeling our home.

We all need an Egress Window, for many reasons. But we need the right company to install it even more. I talked to about five different companies and although all of them seemed qualified for the job, I felt very attracted to the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness that Advantage Egress showed. Dale Sr. and Dale Jr. came to my house and gave me every reason to go with them. They have many years of experience, they are both licensed builders, they pull permits, they are reasonable, they do a contract, they build to the code, they're the only company that warranties their work for ten years but above all that, they're honest, ethical and hard working people. My Egress came out excellent and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

They came out the same day I called them and gave us an estimate. Every other company I talked with wanted to install a new egress window and well or remove and reinstall the old one. Advantage Egress said we didn't need a new one and they could repair the one we had. They did this 2 days later on a Sunday. They were there for approximately 3 hours repairing the window well. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. It rained last night and so far no leaks. Hoping this solved the problem.
