We just started with the service and are already seeing results. We have live at this location for several years and have never signed up to have any maintenance done on our lawn. Luis came to our door and I have to say, was AMAZING!! He walked me through what can be done, took the time to explain different products and options. Showed me where our problem issues were. Above all, he didn't try to price gouge us. He took his time to go through pricing, discounts and explaining what we needed (not trying to Rosell everything). If it weren't for Luis, I would not have signed up! Thank you Luis for your professionalism and wonderful attitude. Can't wait to see the final results.

I spoke with Matt today. This was the first time that I had contacted the company, and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful. I am disabled, and unable to take care of my flowerbeds and vegetable beds. In order to stay out of the clutches of my HOA, I decided to have them sprayed and killed off until I am back up and around again and can care for them myself. Matt had a number of very good suggestions about how to deal with the issue, and I decided to go with him. His price was reasonable. He was pleasant, courteous, and obviously knew what he was talking about. Bravo!

If you want to be disappointed, then use ExperiGreen Detroit. Last year, I signed up for seven services. I end up with only two. I was begging them to come all year. The first time in March, they came one week after I paid for seven services. Then it was a nightmare. Excuses indefinitely and laying the groundwork for them all year When they came a second time in August, I had recorded on my security camera that a service employee from ExperiGreen Detroit spread sporadically, and I had dead grass and very good sections. I counted at one point that I had eight types of weeds. When I reported it, they told me that they do not control or prevent weeds! If you want to see the video or photo of what they did on my lawn, I am willing to share it. I do not see how I can give them one star, let alone five. Just run away from ExperiGreen Detroit.

I worked with Chaztine Hays to determine which lawn care package would fit my needs. Chaz was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the package options that were available and made it easy to come to a decision. I look forward to the work being done throughout the summer. Thanks for all your help Chaz.
