I was looking for lawn care and they were quick to call back. I talked to Austin B. He was an excellent sales rep. he answered all my questions. The company prices were fair. They provided several payment option including a 25 referral bonus. Austin B was not pushy but very informative. Excellent service, I will be recommending them to friends and family.

This was our last stich effort to save our lawn. We had multiple lawn services over the past few years and still mostly weeds, fungus, and sparse lawn. If this service didn't work I was going to scrape up the lawn and lay sod. They did an AMAZING job! Our grass is green, has minimal weeds, and is thicker! We are very pleased! I would highly recommend this service!

Unfortunately, Home Advisor will not let me leave zero stars. This company is full of empty promises. When you request a quote, they promptly call you (repeatedly), give you a price, and then once you sign up, they do nothing. I called (and waited on hold for 20 minutes) for them to tell me someone would be out within a certain time frame. That did not occur, so I called again. Someone finally came out. I have had a few lawn fertilizer services, and my grass with Experigreen never looked worse. I have weeds, bare spots, and overall a lackluster appearance, which is something I did not have before. I signed up, I believe in May, and by July, they had only came out for one application. I also ordered the perimeter pest control, which was also a mistake. I called in May when it started to warm up, but they said they wanted to wait until June, and then do it one time per month. June came and went. In the meantime, I got a call asking if I wanted to sign up for more services. I called again, and again waited on hold for a significant amount of time, and they were conveniently coming ;tomorrow, which is well outside of the window promised, that they said they would be coming by. It was difficult to even get someone on the phone to cancel the service.

Extremely customer oriented. Easy to hire, they come, do their thing and then are gone!

They have really tenured staff in an industry that has a lot turnover and it shows in the quality of their work.

I am not satisfied by the quality of service that I am receiving even when I paid upfront for a full year service.

I hired them to do weed control and seeding from last August. However, the results were very bad. Not only there is no grass in most of the back yard, there is full of all kinds of weeds in both front and back yard. As a result, I got HOA notice asking me to de-weed my lawn.

I just hired them for the season. They were quick to respond and explained everything and have scheduled to come out for my assessment. They beat the price of the other companies for the same number of treatments so I cannot wait to see the results of the season BELOW see additional comments now that is the end of June 2019: I tried this company for the first time this season as I was wanting to save some money. They beat my previous lawn care company price and gave me a discount on top of that for prepaying for the season. I couldnt be happier!!! They have been doing a great job and i decided to add mosquito control after getting some additional information from them I would definitely recommend this company to anyone my weeds are definitely even better under control now and I thought before was good with previous companies.

The technician came out on a cold wintry day and applied the lawn chemicals and was very professional and knowledgeable and also very nice and the lawn is starting to look better.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Weeds are worse than when they started. The customer service is all talk no action from the top down. Pathetic.

I am very happy with Experigreen Lawn Care. I needed fall aeration and overseeding done. Their customer service is outstanding. I was home when their technician arrived for the remaining of their Essential Program. I took Treatment 6 & 7 and was so glad I did. The information and tips they shared are invaluable. I read everthing that was left in my door hanger.

I was not home when the men worked on our lawn but it appears that they did a good job. Expecting a return visit later and eager to see all of that new green grass up and growing. Thanks Experigreen

Loved their work, coming back again!

I reseeded my yard in the spring. Asked these folks to come out and do a weed and feed treatment. Actually, I asked for the first treatment and paid for 2 additional services and over seeding in advance given reviews posted on HomeAdvisor. Tech came out sprayed yard and after about a week 1/4 of my yard was dead. I called to complain and the tech came back out unannounced and left me a not that said the dead grass was due to uneven watering. Really? In addition, the tech never returned calls and only left a note after showing up while I was at work. I gave them a 2 star on customer service because the girl was nice at the home office. I did request and receive a refund of my advanced payments. I am disappointed that I now have a much larger problem to go fix in my yard.

excellent job on both ends from customer service to the gentleman who came out tp do the work he was veey polite and well rounded. I would recommend this company to anyone who is trying tp stay on a buget.
