Great communication and prompt in getting the job started

Long wait time between the first few visits, and then did two applications back to back. I was told they came out and did an application at one point, but did not have any flags in the yard or receipt in the door. Plus, my yard showed no signs of activity to the product. Also, I?m finding their product is not doing a great job. I?ve had other companies in the past that have been much better.

I have had them for 2 years. The first year they were very good. This year they suck. The technician Gabriel is very good, but it took them almost 3 months between the 3rd and 4th application. My lawn, without food for almost 3 months, is pitiful whereas before it was one of the best in the neighborhood. I think they have too many customers and are not good business people. For example, 2 of us on this block use them; yet they schedule us on different days. That is crazy. Yesterday they performed a service and then it rained all day and all night. Imagine what good that did.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They Killed my 5 Black Cherry Trees and my Lawn is Stressed out. I've been complaining since May All I get is excuses without results. I give them credit! They are good Salespeople. Honestly, I don't believe Lawn Care is this company Expertise, just an a front.

It appears to me that ExperiGreen does not have the Knowledge to treat Trees. I have 5 Black Cherry Trees. I have had them for 11 Years NOW. They look Terrible, one of them is Dying. I exhausted ALL means of trying to get someone to address the issue, and all I get is a run around. No one there cares. I pre-payed, they got their money, so they are satisfied. I need help!

Travis W. Is a great technician and he makes excellent suggestions on how to improve quality of my lawn (adjust mower height, seeding for thin spots). Thanks for bringing mower height to my attention!

Had the first treatment of the season performed by Gabe. He was very friendly, and considerate while explaining what he was going to do, and if there were any concerns I had or anything he should be aware of. Gabe seems like the type of employee that a company would be glad to have!

I was told once I paid for my service they would contact me in five days. I called them after two weeks and they told me they would be out the next day and I told them that was not enough notice. I asked them for the following Monday and they told me they would come out Wednesday so I waited all day without a call and they never came. I called them back and ask for my money back and they are suppose to call me today.

We hired Experigreen to fertilize, feed and treat our lawn this year, they should come out for the first time next week so we cannot rate the service yet. However, I was very impressed with the salesman, Austin Borkowski, he was very helpful and answered all my questions. This is the first lawn care company I have used and look forward to a great lawn this year! Thank you Austin!

Ive used this company for years and have been satisfied, however, Im canceling because of their policies. Last year (2019)I ordered an aeration and seeding. I was shocked that they repeated this process yesterday (2020) without notification and authorization They Just left an invoice for work that totaled $345. No one needs this Automatically every year and I certainly didnt. BEWARE! If you order something one year youll be unexpectedly billed for services that you only wanted for that season.

They did what others before them could not do.

They called right away -- within a couple of hours. We talked about my distressed and browning lawn, and that was the last I ever heard from them. My lawn had grubs, which I finally treated myself. I lost about 10 days while my lawn went downhill.

i submitted a request from 3 lawn care providers. they called me within 3 minutes of clicking send. very, very knowledgeable staff, the service technician came out evaluated my lawn and gave his recommendations on what to do and it s been dead on. He took great care in applying the treatment to my lawn so non got over things it shouldn t such as our gardens and newly planted tree. their prices are great and a no nonsense company. they don t try to sell you services you don t need unlike other companies do. i will definitely be using them every years and will be recommending them to everyone 👍

Not great this year. I prepaid for the season and service has been inconsistent. It has been 2 months since my last visit and during my last visit, fertilizer was applied in a fashion that burned several sections of my grass.
