Experigreen Lawn Care

I've used them for a few years. In 202o they did aerated that yard in November so in 2021 I asked that the do the work earlier in the season. As they weeks went by, and no work was done, the weather changed and I told them I'd skip that year, but in 2022 I wanted to have the work done no later then Oct. 15. I was told that would work. I called late in the summer and was told yes, we can have it done within my timeline. The days came and went. The backyard was done in November. I called to say the front yard hadn't been done and was told they would send someone out by the end of the week. Again, the days went by and no one came. When it snowed, I called them and asked them to adjust the bill, which they did. I'm lookin for another provider.

I just spoke with Bill Crane about their 7 step program. Based on our discussion and the price I was given I signed up immediately for 2023. Bill was very knowledgeable courteous and helpful in describing the process. Hopefully the results for the lawn service will be just as good as my conversation with Bill.

Very poor service, service did not start as promised until I called. I asked for a refund, yet they did not want to do that, instead, without my agreement, they just sent out a tech to treat lawn shortly after prior treatment. Is that even healthy for the lawn? I requested to be notified prior of of service as I have pets. Once in a blue moon I was notified, then tech was a no show.

They have a lot of complaints with the BBB. They charge for work they don't do, as my cameras never detected anyone during time they said they came. Rude and no scheduled time each month. Beware! I would never recommend this company with fancy advertising.

Brenda was my agent to help set up all I needed. Brenda was very charming and I must admit very persistent which I liked. I recommend their services.

The customer service representative I spoke to today was very helpful. She took time to explain the service received and when we should expect improvement in our lawnâ s appearance. I was prepared to cancel the service but after our conversation, I still stay the course and be patient. Hopefully by next spring, the lawn will be improved.

Great company to use for lawn care. Friendly nd I have had very good results with them.

Customer Service. Garnis Siebert is very nice to talk to. I told him on the phone that my backyard grass since using their lawn service is very thick I have had their lawn service for about 3 years, and now my neighbor is very interested in calling them for her lawn service needs.

Just spoke w/them today to start lawn service for this year. Mattâ  s customer service was great! He was very knowledgeable of lawn care and answered all of my questions w/o hesitation.

Jacob B. Is our sales manager, he explained the services that needed to be done to help our lawn. You see we had True Green for two years and saw no improvement. We hired ExperiGreen Lawn Care And had results after three applications. The liquid aeration was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Very satisfied.

Matt, the service representative, was very informative. H explained their programs in a clear and concise manner. He answered all my questions in a straight forward way. I have signed up for their service and await for the service to start sometime in mid- to late March.

What is to say, the scheduled their appointments, they came, they did the job and my lawn is improved. There costs were better than others.

Matt was easy to talk to. He asked relative questions regarding our current fertilizing service. A total pleasant customer service experience. Having worked in customer service myself for over 40 years it was refreshing to know people still care about their customers.
