This was a horrible experience that continues to haunt me to this very day. The first red flag was when we choose a shower door and changed our mind and decided to get a different one. We originally followed Dave's advice and choose a door costing $360. The very next day we called Dave to tell him we wanted a different door (that he also showed us that only cost about $200). No problem! Until the shower door arrived, and it was the original $360 door. Next red flag; My wife and I were taking turns missing work so the house would be available to Dave. The guy didn't get here before noon on any day. He told us that he did paper work in the mornings, and noon was about the soonest he got to a job site. Next; the deal breaker. The original two week window came and went, and we had to go out of town on business. We told Dave that our house would be unavailable for about 5 days. That was a problem for Dave as his "tile guys" were going to be available to do my project in that time frame. It got to the point I had to remind Dave I was the customer. That's when I decided I didn't want him in my house one second longer than need be. Tile guys came, Dave finished the project, leaving a gap in the celing drywall over the shower, again, I just wanted him to go away, so I fixed that myself. Fast forward today. The $360 shower door that Dave charged $135 to install refuse to stay closed, just keeps sliding open. The tile job was absolute crap, all the grout cracked between tiles. I had a real "tile guy" look at it. He said that original tile guys let "thin set' sit too long and it started to harden before the tile was laid. This error has caused not to adhere to the thin set so all the tiling is loose and wiggles at the corners, which is why the grout is cracking. The remedy, why of course all Dave's work has to be torn upand done again. Final takeaway; 4 Grand labor and 2 grand in material wasted.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST COMPANY AROUND. THEY ARE REALLY HARD WORKERS AND THEY DO GOOD, QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
