 + -1 moreI had questions on a needed repair on my 48" Samsung Plasma TV. Jeff the owner was straight forward and honest with me on the problem I was having with my TV. He told me that the cost to fix it and future problems I may have down the road would almost be as much as a new one. A side note here would be to stay away from plasma TV's. Info was given over the phone.

 + -1 moreDishongs T.V. was a real nice guy, he was punctual, he was on time, and he chatted with me. He told me he didn't charge me as much, because he couldn't do anything for me. For the cost of repairing my T.V. I could go out and buy a new one.
Description of Work: Dishongs T.V. really didn't do anything for me, but he did educate me on T.V.'s. He told me what was wrong with my T.V. and updated me on T.V.s today. He analyzed my T.V. and told me what to expect if I kept it.

 + -1 moreOverall everything better than expected, they did a great job.
Description of Work: Dishong TV replace a part recommend by mitsubishi.They were very professional and responsive and this is the 2nd time Dishong has provided service for me.
