+ -1 moreI would never use this company. Totally unresponsive. Apparently other Angie's List subscribers have suffered the same experience.
Description of Work: I contacted Bella Pools and spoke to Tim. We scheduled an appointment for today in the afternoon. I left a message to confirm the exact time and nobody responded. I called back and reached the owner, Mia. Mia said she would have Tim call me right back. I never heard from Tim. I called Mia again after a couple of hours and she said she would get right back to me. I never heard from her again.

+ -1 moreI've been using BELLA POOLS for a number of years. They are very personable, did a nice job, and the pool didn't leak. There is nobody in the office when they are out working so you have to call off hours. Their price is average and the quality is very good. Tim from BELLA POOLS is a good guy.

+ 0 moreGreat they blew all the water out of the lines, drained pool, add chemicals and put cover on the pool. They put all equipment away in our shed. Used them since 2009, tried another company prior to Bella and have used Bella ever since. Would recommend for any job. They reasonable and will not waste your money.

remodeling, concrete repair
+ 0 moreI'd had a contractor (one who does all the concrete jobs for our mobile home park) scheduled to do these two small concrete pours earlier in the year once my deck was constructed. But because he was being and quot;held hostageand quot; by our park's scheduling whims I finally got tired of waiting and went to an outside contractor to get the job done before the snow flies. Mr. Brown promptly returned my phone message requesting an estimate which he provided soon thereafter and scheduled the work right away. He was very accommodating to my desire for curved edges rather than sharp angles and I am very pleased with the results. He along with his helper did the work expeditiously and quite satisfactorily and cleaned up the site once it was completed. He then returned as promised when promised to remove the forms. I'm very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I required two relatively small concrete pours to supplement the footprint of a larger deck I'd had constructed to replace the original earlier this year.
