+ -1 moreI called him in the evening because I had no heat, and he came right out to look at the problem. He did not charge me a night fee for the trip. He really cares and wanted to make sure that I would have heat for the night.
Description of Work: He came out and fixed my furnace and before he left he made sure I had heat.
