Description of Work: I called him he was busy and was going to call me back on Tuesday, he called on Wednesday. We made arrangements to meet the next week to estimate the job. I've never heard from him since.

 + -1 moreJim answered call promptly. He set up convenient appointment and arrived on time. Very reasonable cost for time and materials. Was highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Top quality workmanship.
Description of Work: Found and fixed multiple leaks in bathroom drain pipe. Replaced toilet "wax seal". Added shut off valve to the fill line under the toilet tank.

 + -1 moreJim did a great job of installation and clean up. We had a small leak in the bathroom sink and Jim returned quickly and repaired it. Excellant job!
Description of Work: Jim replaced a faucet and valves in kitchen sink and replaced sink and facuets in bathroom. Jim and his employee was promt and professional. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you have.

 + -1 moreIt's hard to describe in detail: he works so fast. Suffice it to say, I think he's the best in the business.
Description of Work: Jim came out on a Sunday and repaired an outside faucet for me. This is not the first time Jim has worked for me. He is always professional, courteous, and totally honest. A seventy-year-old lady I know referred to him as "my Jimmy" because he was always so good to her. I didn't realize until too late that he was a heating contractor as well - or I wouldn't have hired the crook that put in a boiler for me a few years ago. He does it all - and he does it with a smile on his face. I would recommend him to anyone.
