Description of Work: Purchased home built by Mr. Morris in October 2014 after lengthy delays. Pre closing problem inventory has not been resolved as of today (6/19/15). Sewer back-up occurred in 2/2015 which required major excavation in mid winter to connect to city sewer. Home had been connected to an illegal septic tank.
