Great at first, appointment to get an estimate received quickly. Until the day of the appointment, 45 minutes before, I got a text stating the somebody at the office screwed up and the appointment needed to be rescheduled because one person is at another appointment and the other is at the Secretary of State in a long line. Usually rescheduling is not an issue accept the is on a property that I haven’t closed on so l coordinated with the seller and my agent. All of this was known at the time of making an appointment . So, needless to say if the office staff is so reckless with customers time when they are attempting to get business, I cannot imagine dealing with this company to actually get the work done.

The guys did a WONDERFUL job and we absolutely LOVE the new colors and how great our walls and ceilings look! This is a good company that sticks to their word, is honest and makes sure you are happy with the outcome. The guys were very hard working, professional, respectful and on time. I would highly recommend North Pointe Painting and will definitely use them again for any future painting.

The crew did a great job on our house in Jan 2020. There was a significant amount of patch and sanding pre-work that needed to be done and with a fresh coat of paint it looks like new. Would definitely hire them again. Karen who came out for the estimate was great to work with!

Very pleased with the job that North Pointe did for us. They painted our entire lower level, including all the trim and ceilings, with 3 different wall colors. Prep work on the walls was excellent, they cleaned up at the end of each day and finished the job in a timely fashion. Would definitely use them again.

North Pointe Painting did an excellent job. We had tons of wood that needed to be replaced before painting could begin. They were very thorough. Sometimes you really get what you pay for. The job was pricey, but they didn't nickle and dime me with extra costs and the end product was beautiful. Just make sure you read the contract thoroughly. Especially if you have exterior wood repair that needs to be completed prior to painting. The painting quote comes first and must be committed to before they will perform required power washing to then provide a written wood repair quote. My wood quote was way higher than I'd expected and by the time I received it I wasn't able to get out of the painting commitment without loosing my down payment. Shame on me for not paying attention to the contract details. Again, the end result was great. It was just a little sticky getting there.

Paid them to paint a bathroom cabinet in addition to interior. Was SORELY disappointed when they ROLLED it instead of spraying as quoted. Looked horrible. Said they’d come back and wet sand the roller marks out but never heard. Not my job to call and bug them to return to finish the job. Not the painters fault - he just didn’t get the instructions correct. I would hired again because the quality of paint by laborers was good - they are not cheap so you get what you pay for. Just bummed that my beautiful maple cabinet looked so unprofessional. I could have rolled it myself- that’s why I hired them to spray it - I thought. Didn’t get a discount either... demand for payment in full when the painter left!

Excellent. The painters did an outstanding job. No drips “spots” or imperfections. Great clean up too! Fast and professional. They did my very large master bath and then a separate job painted the whole inside of 3 car garage. Trustworthy to the max and the only painters I would use.

Over years, our vaulted ceiling developed nail pops and some drywall damage. I knew Northpointe did painting but they also said they could do our ceiling drywall repairs. The drywall repair and replacement looks perfect...after painting, the ceiling looks brand new.
