Description of Work: This company plows the snow for the people across the street from me. Every year he starts by putting their snow at the foot of my drive. I call him and he usually stops. This year he has not stopped. Now my mail box is completely blocked and I can barely turn into my driveway. I have called him 4 times and left messages. He has returned none of my calls. His voice mail box is now full and he can't even get messages. My neighbor has tried to contact him but cannot reach him. This man has no idea of what customer service is and he disregards city ordinances. I would be very wary of hiring him to do any work.

The company has failed to provide regular and timely plowing services after snowfalls. There is a resident in a wheelchair and the services were purchased to provide mobility access. The lack of services has significantly impeded this mobility. Also, the company does not answer the phone or clear the voicemail box to avoid contact with customers. It is very unfortunate that the company has not fulfilled the services purchased.
