Steve was prompt responding. He visited us to go through our options - which were all realistic-looking, and took about an hour and a half to install less than a week after we placed an order for the logs. We are very happy with how they look. I would definitely recommend Gas Tech Services.

Steve did a good job on the installation and was very efficient in his work. He arrived on time as scheduled for both the initial estimate and for the installation. He had no problem working around my schedule to meet with me for Saturday appointments. I will use Gas Tech Services for any future projects.
