New outdoor gas line to future patio: Steve was very punctual. He always showed up when he said he would, and he always did what he said he'd do. And, he didn't try to talk me out of getting a permit/inspection (most plumbers who gave me a quote tried to talk me out of getting a permit). That means that he's not afraid to stand by his work. The quality of his work was excellent, and his quote was $300 less than all the quotes I got from plumbers. Would recommend to anyone.
