I was contacted immediately and the job was done in less than 24 hours. The job was done well and efficiently.

Steve analyzed the fireplace issue, said it was remote, and sold us one he had on his truck. After installation, the fireplace worked for a day and then started turning off. When contacted, he said that the main gas controller was probably bad and needed replacing. After checking with friends, I did not like that analysis, went online and hired a different tech. He found the issue to be a loose connection of the thermocouple wire. After tightening, the fireplace now works well.

He came as promised on time ,when he said he would be there! completed the work to our satisfaction.

Steve came out pretty quickly, on time, very professional, didn’t perform work not needed as others had suggested! Had no problem with wearing shoe covers and a mask while in my home too! Also, glad he accepted checks and cashed mines right away not holding it. I’d certainly use him again!

I had called several services over the last month, none ever returned my call. I went to a store who said they would send send someone out for $200, they never called. Within 30 minutes of posting on this site, I got a call. He was able to come out within 24 hours. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally, and charged less than I had anticipated. Highly recommended.
