I got a call 4 minutes after I entered the infomation on Home Advisor. I had him there the day I moved in our new house, did the work, at expected price. Cant ask for much more. I will hire gas tech again if required! Great job.

First appt. he was running very late, I couldn't wait any longer, had to be somewhere. Second appt. he thought was in the afternoon, when I know it was for 10am. Put on my phone calendar right after speaking with him. So, vacation time from work wasted! And, he was very expensive for the amount of work actually done.

He installed 2 gas lines and did a nice job. Had him look at the gas fireplace before he left and ended up replacing just about everything in the fireplace. He did an excellent job with the fireplace as well.

I had barely hit the enter button when my phone rang. This was at 6pm. At 6:20 Steve was at my house and at 8:00 he was driving away and my gas line was installed. Fair price and great customer service. Cant ask for much more
