Steve is very nice, gave me a very reasonable estimate and did the work immediately and well.

I called him at about 2:00 PM. He was at our house by 3:30 and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Gas Techs response time was very fast. I talked to them on Wednesday and they were here on Thursday. They were on time and finished installing the gas line for the new range in a very timely manner. Their price was more than fair the tech was very professional from the moment he came into my home to the moment he left. I would recommend Gas Tech to anyone!

Steve came out in the middle of snow storm today and was on time. He reviewed with me what I thought was a problem and what else I needed done. We chatted for a few minutes then he got to work. He went beyond, checking other valves and replacing them since they were frozen, such as the furnace. His work as well as aesthetics of the piping, elbows, joints and valves was excellent. He cleaned up and made some other recommendations. When I have more work in the spring, Steve will be who I only call.

Tech came promptly but then it took 10 days to order parts, which seems like a long time.

They did the job. Maybe a little pricey. Don't think they should charge an inspection charge.

The technician was very knowledgeable.

Installed a new gas line for cooktop...on phone said he would install cooktop too..but when came said he would not install because previous electric cooktop was not removed..he never told us on phone to remove it. Upon installing gas line..we thought all was fine but next day when we went to basement smelled a hint of gas...called them immediately...they came out within one hour...and discovered there was a small leak in the install in basement. This should have been better inspected the day of install...if not caught in time..it would have been horrific.
