Rob and his team did an outstanding job. Rob communicates easily via email and text, sticks to his quote and timeline, and does the job efficiently with awesome results. I did all of this from another state and it was still seamless. We bought a house that had hardwood under carpet for 50+ years, he made them look brand new, with a custom stain we asked for. The dustless sanding is pretty close to dustless too, very neat and clean. I work with Contractors and Subcontractors in my line of work and Rob is top-notch. Highly recommended, you will be very satisfied with the work.

I use Four Seasons on all of my income properties. The job is always done on time, without any delays and in professional manner. When working on different properties we have to hire companies that make us look good and can do so on our time schedule not theirs. Four Seasons is a winner in our book.

The house was vacant and had a lockbox on the front door. I didn't even need to be there for them to come in and refinish the hardwood floors. I did not have any steps, just floors, and since the house was vacant, they gave me a really good price because the job was ready to go, and they could come in and do the the job. Rob Nani (person I spoke with and I believe company owner) understands value and his price was way under all of the other competition. I would HIGHLY recommend Four Season's because they are the best value, and you really get your money's worth. He charged approximately $2/sq ft, which was a really good price.
