Very disappointed in this company. My wife has been in contact with this company for over a month, and has been given the run around. We was promised a date before the 4th of July, and still the work has not started. Trying to get in contact with a someone is almost impossible. After numerous attempts, leaving voicemail messages, and text messages then and only then would my wife get a return phone call. She was promised a date, and have not heard from anyone since then. She has been very understanding, even listening about the death of the family dog. My wife being understanding and caring gave addition time after this, against my better judgment. The time table has passed on having this work done before our event!! I really wish you had just been honest with us up front. I also hope you will not treat any other customers like this.

After giving us the initial quote and almost finished with our job he asked for an additional $2000.00. Reason Kirk gave was he mis figured initial quote. That didn't set well with us. Finished work looked very nice but did not hold up over winter. We started calling Kirk in early spring 2016. Asking for repair on sidewalk that heaved and also some additional work done. We received promise after promise. In one call he actually told us he was doing a high dollar job for someone and said stated "well what do you expect me to do take my guys off this job to do yours". That was plain rude. Very poor customer service. It is now October 31st and no one has shown up. We're done with Kirk. Extremely disappointed.

Looked great but failed over the following winter. They returned and rebuilt promptly. No Charge. No problems since. Can't ask for more.

Mr Vogler came personally to repair my front porch. He did a very nice job and was very professional. He explained everything he did and why. I am very happy to have the repair done as I was having trouble finding anyone to take the job and winter is just around the corner.

Mr. Vogler came to fix our bricks and did a great job. He accepted the work even though it was a small job, which he doesn't ordinarily do. He was very professional. I was happy to have it finished as the weather is turning cold and I couldn't find anyone to take the job.

They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, it looks great!

Prior to signing the work contract, Kirk Vogler, the owner of Brickmasters, took me to see a fabulous paver patio he had just completed so I could get an idea of the quality of the work and materials. He also showed me photos of other projects he designed and built, which were very impressive. I decided to go ahead, and paid about 40% of the cost so the materials could be ordered and purchased. Then, after a month or so, I had a call telling me Brickmasters was ready to start. They brought in big machines which necessitated the removal of part of my new fence, which was a little scary at the time. The crew was all clean and very polite. They worked straight through the day with very little in the way of break time. They sang along with their music on their radio, and seemed quite content with their jobs. I have rarely seen a crew work so hard. At the end of each day, the crew picked up and left the job site neat. This was not a 9-5 crew- one night they stayed tip after 7 o'clock! I was consulted several times during the job so they could make sure it was what I was expecting. At the end, the crew cleaned up everything, took every piece of trash or leftover material, put the fence back perfectly, and re-seeded the grass where the machines had driven. The project is 90% complete. The surface needs to be sealed, which can't be done until we have had a number of dry days in a row. Also, a wall with seating has to be constructed. I paid $150 over the original price, towards the $1000 cost for the sealing of the patio. I love the patio, and everyone who sees it is really impressed with the over all quality of the work and materials. It is a huge asset to my back yard! Kirk Vogler is very personable, and takes all the time you need to make your decision. His crew is exemplary-I was not worried about leaving them to work while I went about my day. I wish we had the resources to have the driveway and other areas paved with Kirk's work! He is an artist!

You could tell Brickmasters were experts and proficient at what they do. They were in and out within a week whereas before, the original installation by Tru-Cut of Northville was never-ending and we are still dealing with damage they did to our home.

They did an excellent job. The workers were very friendly and stepped up to the job and got the job done. The price was very reasonable.
