I lost my internet connection. Comcast told me I needed to contact my computer manufacturer and ask them fix my computer so that I could reconnected to the internet. Although I know nothing about computers, when I contacted Jeff, he was very patient and was able to talk me through many different trials to find out what was wrong and what could be done to correct it. He is very knowledgeable and was able to solve my computer problem rather quickly . I HIGHLY recommend Jeff for your computer problems!!!!

Jeff was able to fix installation problems and several error messages with 2 different types of software for my business. He was able to do what the software manufactures could not. (amazing that the actual manufacturers could not get the job done with their own proprietary software) He is timely, persistent and won't let anything go until he has found the solution. He is now my new IT guy. Thanks to Jeff, I can now move on with taking care of my customers.

I had some nasty malware that affected my Internet connection, rendering it unusable. Since we could not connect remotely at first, Jeff spent a considerable amount of time walking me through the diagnostics and getting me to the point where I could connect with him. I can't believe how patient he was with me during that painstaking process. Once we made the connection, Jeff was able to remove the malware and my computer is running great. I needed good help fast, and that is exactly what I got. Jeff is so pleasant to deal with, and was committed to completely solving my computer issues - which were extensive. He worked over the weekend and was always available, got me back where I needed to be, and was very reasonably priced. I will be back, as Jeff is definitely my go-to tech guy now. Highly recommended.
