Floor Crafters - Hardwood Floors

Rob was friendly and professional. He was very gracious in accommodating our scheduling requests. We are very happy with the results and looking forward to hiring Floor Crafters soon to refinish some additional floors.

Rob and his assistant did a fantastic job. They were very nice to deal with. They showed up when they said they would. They take pride in their work and do a great job. I do plan to hire them again as soon as I am ready to install wood floors in some of the adjoining rooms. Very pleasant and honest people.

I am very happy with Floor Crafters and the quality of work that they did. I have a house in Jackson that was my parent's home and after they passed away, we decided to have the floors refinished. The Realtor has recommended that the floors not be refinished since we may not get the money back out of the house but it was more a labor of love to have the work done. Floor Crafters appreciated the motivation and in my estimation went beyond what they were contracted to do by the little "extras" that they did. The floor was 88 years old and had never been refinished. We had them do the entire house, including the stairs. The areas that had stains that we thought would not come out, ended up being beautiful! We have dark stained wood trim and decided to leave the oak floor a natural color and the contrast is striking. In my opinion, the work they did for the price they charged was a great value. Floor Crafters were prompt in responding to our call for an estimates which is unusual for this industry. Several of the companies that we contacted, which were the top 6 rated on Angie's list that do work in the Jackson area, never called back and the ones that did took over a week to respond which made me wonder if that is how they would respond to problems if they arose. There was no one in the house while they worked but I never felt that there was a concern over something coming up missing. In my opinion, they are honest in their work and honor their commitments. I would recommend them to anyone that needs floors to be refinished!

We were very pleased with the job that Rob did repairing, sanding, and refinishing our oak hardwood floors. An entire wall was removed between bedrooms which required replacement flooring. Also a doorway was moved, and there was a discolored area, both of which required feathering repair. Rob was personable and was on schedule, as promised. The floor turned out beautifully and his quote was $300 less than the first company we contacted. We feel comfortable recommending him for hardwood flooring repair and refinishing.

We were thrilled with our floors! Rob did a fantastic job with our 75 year old wood floors. Some areas really needed some help, and you can't even see that anymore. He did an excellent job communicating with us, he us very reliable and trustworthy. He is also very professional. Price was great! Super happy!

We are so happy with our floor! We called to inquire and the owner came out the next day and measured the floor, have us some advise and ideas and gave us his quote. It was less than we thought it was going to be from hearing what others at work had paid. We hired him and he worked us into his schedule when it was good for us because we have three kids and didn't want them in the house while the job was being done. It took less time then we expected and that was helpful. The floor is beautiful and we have already gotten so many complements. We are so happy with this company. We loved the fact that the owner was the one who performed all of the work and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. I have heard horror stories at work about the dust afterwards, but there wasn't any! He said that he has dust free equipment so that was an extra plus! We will be using Floor Crafters again when we have hardwood put in our livingroom and hallway.
