It’s Saturday & plumbers are overwhelmed with calls from the deep freeze this week. The service man - Justin - arrived less than 2 hrs after my call. He completed the repair in under an hour. He was professional and friendly. Honestly, this is A+ service especially on a crunch day. This is the second time I’ve used Burton and both experiences were great. I highly recommend them!

Owner returned my call on a Saturday after I left message. Worker arrived right at promised time and cleaned up well afterward. This is third time I’ve hired Tuan’s plan to use if needed in future.

We have used Burton's plumbing and heating since we moved to Garden City over 20 years ago. My wife and I decided we wanted the bathtub replaced with a walk in shower and then figured why not do the entire bathroom. Called Burton's and within a week, Tom came out measured everything gave us tons of options and suggestions and then sent us a estimate in under a week. My wife and I went to the showroom made all of our choices and with help from Curt we agreed on a price and date for work to begin. Jason arrived on said date, worked for 2 weeks straight to completion of job. After 2 years only complaint was 3 nail pops which was taken care of within 3 days of my call to their office.

It was good. They came on time and they did what they were suppose to do. The service took an hour.

Burtons Plumbing and Heating responded to a call at 6:40am, gave instructions for shutting off main water valve over the phone, then dispatched a technician to our home, who arrived promptly at 8:50am. Jesse was very professional, was able to determine the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs in reasonable time. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Burtons, and felt the cost of repair was reasonable considering it was a weekend repair.

I called after normal work hours and spoke with Keith about a concern about the continuous operation of my sump pump. Keith asked for details and provided some ideas on how I could self-diagnose and possibly correct. Most companies would just offer to schedule a service!! I was able to to temporarily shut down the continuous operation. I asked for an appointment nevertheless and James Cox arrived two days later on time and as scheduled and professionally diagnosed the problems and took time to detail options and provide recommendations. The replacement pump was installed quickly and professionally with no mess. Great Job! I would not hesitate to contact them for any of my heating and plumbing needs.

He came within an hour or so of my call. The secretary had written down the wrong phone number. He was supposed to call when he was on his way. Because he is familiar with this area, he found our address and knocked on our door. He filled the sinks with water and watched for a short while. Then he decided it might be fixable with a plunger, without taking the pipes apart. It worked! After the drain was draining freely, he had me turn on the dish washer, which was packed with holiday dishes. He saw that it was doing the right things, draining the dish washer. Then he wrote out his bill and gave me coupons for future plumbing problems. He was on his way.

Wonderful people to work with. I'm hoping to have them back to do another bathroom.

They are a great company to work with, I was hoping to hire them again for more work around my house, but they are so popular that we couldn't find a time within both of our schedules for them to come.

They helped with the design, and their workmanship was very good. And they were flexible - when they installer had already cut a threshold plate, and was just about to put down, I asked if I could have a different kind - he shrugged, and said " . . . Okay".

They came on time, where polite and profeesional. They kept me informed of how the project coming along. I have had Burton's remodel two bathrooms, fix my household plumbing issues, run a new hook up for a washer and dyer, a water line to my frig, install a humidifier to my furnace and more. They have been to my home for projects many many times. They are always professional, do awesome work and are polite. I would and have highly recommend them to friends and family.

We love Burtons plumbing. We have used them for water heaters, minor plumbing repairs, new sump pumps and they have completely gutted and remodeled two bathrooms for us. Jason does great work with his bathroom remodeling work and is super knowledgeable. Both baths were remodeled on a budget and still turned out beautiful! His attention to detail is awesome. Most recently, we had a defect with our water heater. They were out the next morning with a new one, ready to install. We trust their work completely and Tom has been wonderful with answering our many (many) questions we often have. Tom really knows everything there is to know when it comes to plumbing--he has not steered us wrong yet. We refer them to everyone!

I am very happy with their service. I scheduled it with them ahead of time, and he called one hour before he came and was on time. The city said it was done properly, the noise I was complaining about is now gone.

Had to come back a second time for leak in same repair but did so very quickly.

Arrived quickly and made a repair to an old shower and bath tub faucet. He could have easily said that is to old there are no parts available, but he repaired it with and quot;stuffand quot; he had. I will be calling them when I am ready to upgrade the shower in this rental unit.

Very good, and the contractor tested the repairs and cleaned up well.

I called on a Saturday when I noticed the leak. They knew exactly what I had for the leaking disposal when I gave them model number. Since they were already booked for weekend, they suggested a service call on Monday to keep the cost down. They promised to call on Monday with an expected show time, which they never did. I called Monday morning when I didn't hear from them by 9:30 am. They gave a window of noon till 4 pm. The plumber showed at 2 pm. The plumber went to work quickly replacing the disposal with a slightly more powerful unit. The work was neat and professional. He took care of disposing of the old unit.

They came out within an hour of our call and cleaned a stuck sewer pipe.

I can't say enough good things about Tom Burton and his plumbers. I won't call anyone else for plumbing issues. We had a storm system backup that caused extensive damage in a Canton basement. At one point, there was 6and quot; of standing water. I called Tom, and he took the call on his cell phone at home - this was approximately 5pm. Tom had a crew at my house within 20 minutes, and they solved the immediate problem by using a snake, and scheduled a call for the next day to examine the cause. The cause turned out to be a failed backflow valve in the line leaving the house. This is a valve that tends to cause problems in houses built in this area, and one we had ignored because it wasn't' yet causing problems. They removed the valve - which involved breaking it out with a piece of angle iron and a hammer, while contorting their bodies in the small closet where the cleanout is. Tom and one other plumber spent the better part of the afternoon running cameras through the different sewer lines, making certain that the failed valve caused the storm system to back up. They took great care in showing me the video feed, taking great care to explain what I was seeing and what it meant (it was a great relief to me to see that the main sewer line to the road was in tact and had no issues - something I had been worried about. They also cleaned out the area where the sump pump used to be, to make certain that hadn't contributed. Tom's plumbers were thoroughly professional, taking great care not to damage anything or track mud in. They cleaned up everything - even swept and mopped the area. I want to say that Burtons is the only independent plumber in Wayne County - all of his plumbers are employees, not individual subcontractors. I believe that makes a huge difference in how they treat customers, and in the integrity of their operation. Great job! Thank you!

The person who did the job was very professional and told us bout different models that were available. He did not recommend the most expensive model, but rather a mid range one that he said was just as good. We have also used them to install a humidifier and were very pleased with that experience as well. Burton's is very good, they explain what they are doing, clean up after themselves, and put booties on before coming in your house so their shoes don't dirty the floor. They are punctual and polite and I would highly recommend them!

Very well. The replacement repair kit had to be ordered. It took a few days. By my description, the gentleman who took my call knew exactly what Kohler kit was needed. The plumber who performed the service was experienced, knowledgable, professional and friendly.
