Hired action plumbing of Wayland to install a rheem combi boiler the unit was mounted on the wall all the components were from the previous unit it took them about three weeks to fit four feet of primary and secondary loop the vent when they said they were done the thermostat wasn’t working they had the accumulation tank isolated from the unit so water was going on the floor they told the bill was going to be about 1500 when they sent it the bill was for over 100.000 called them to see what is going on not going to pay see you in court them they sent me a revised bill wouldn’t hire them to hookup my garden hose to my sprinkler

I called and made an appointment for Monday, 3/14/2016 for an Action plumber to come to my home. The appointment was set for sometime between 3pm and 5pm. At 10 minutes to 6 p.m., someone called to say "we wanted to let you know we hadn't forgotten you, but no one is available." I said I would reschedule. I rescheduled for Tuesday between noon and 3 p.m. It is now 2:47 p.m. and I just got a call to tell me that they could not meet the appointment time. I have now waited on these jokers two days and several hours. I've been waiting to take my lunch break from work, but they just left me hanging! I will never use this company for anything again!

I have used this company on numerous occasions. On 11-7-14 they ran a gas line for the dryer, set and hooked up washer, and hooked up laundry tub for $315.00. 0n 11-13-14 they set a lavatory faucet/hooked up drain, hooked up kitchen sink, and hooked up dishwasher for $550.00. I will be hiring this company again when I install a half bath in the basement.

I was very pleased with Action Plumbing and our serviceman Bill. He took the time to call and see if we had received our part in the mail and was willing to stop by at the end of his day to complete the installation. I will be sure to call Action Plumbing again!

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM AND THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS. THEY KEEP MY FURNACE RUNNING AND E HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE THEY WERE OUT AT THE HOUSE.
