+ 0 moreMark was very professional with prompt estimates, invoices and service. he replaced a set of worn out logs that worked intermitently with a foolproof battery operated, remote control system. We are very pleased with the look and performance, and are glad to have this issue solved once and for all. He was very knowledgeable about all the options and we feel confidence we made the right choice. As much a consultation as a repair job. The installation price of $99 was quite reasonable considering he made two trips from Watervliet, a 45 minute drive each way. UPDATE: Mark has gone over the top. When my new fireplace started to work only intermittently, he came out on Christmas Eve to investigate. Since then he has stood behind his work making yet a another trip to make it right. I'm very impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to back up his work with excellent and no cost service.
Description of Work: Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He provided several options and recommended replacing the worn out logs with a remote control system. The estimate seemed high but was in line with what i was able to find on the web. The cost was in materials, not labor.

Description of Work: He installed a gas insert in an existing fireplace which posed some issues due to the age of the house. When complete all was good.
