Never returned my call

I found I needed a lawn service on fairly short notice and called three providers on Angie's List. This company's response was the most professional. Danielle was really helpful and went out of her way to get us scheduled quickly. I wasn't home when the work was performed but came home to find the work completed beyond my expectations and everything cleaned up. They did a great job and we will definitely be using them again.

The crew arrived on scheduled day. The bill was as agreed upon. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Mike and his team did an excellent job of keeping my driveway plowed, and sidewalk shoveled during this incredibly long, brutal winter. They always go the extra mile, doing things without waiting to be asked. Although I have experienced this many times over the years of doing business with Williams Lawn and Landscapes, a single recent example of this caring attitude and professionalism occurred after one of the many heavy snowfalls this winter. I live on a private road, which is plowed by the owner of one of the other houses on the road. After this particular storm, Mike arrived to a still unplowed entry to my property. Instead of coming back at a later time, Mike plowed my road so he could get to my driveway and get it cleared. I've utilized Williams Land and Landscapes for several years for everything from snow removal to lawn maintenance to landscaping. I'm never disappointed and would highly recommend them to anyone! Mike is very careful to review my expectations of the work to be performed, whether something as simple as how often I want my lawn mowed, to my ultimate vision of a new backyard. He really listened, worked in my suggestions, or explained why maybe my idea wasn't the best way to proceed. Always with a smile, keeping in touch from start to finish, wanting to ensure I was pleased with the progress. If anything unexpected was encountered, I was contacted immediately to discuss options. Great communication that led to amazing results.
